Blubber Bear is a character in "Wacky Races" along with his owner, Lazy Luke.
He is voiced by the late John Stephenson.
About Blubber Bear[]
Blubber Bear is a large but nervous bear and his sidekick of Lazy Luke. Blubber is clad in a scarf and early aviator's helmet with goggles. Blubber, who often bites his nails and shakes, wakes up Luke, who always says: "Blubber, what in tarnation is goin' on here?" or "What in tarnation is that?"

Blubber is a big brown bear with a light brown muzzle, black eyes and a black nose.
He wears a green scarf, a baby blue racing helmet with racing googles.
Blubber doesn´t speak, as he only whimpers.
