Blue Fan is a minor supporting character in the Amazon Lily Arc from the anime and manga series One Piece. She is a member of the Kuja Pirates.
She was voiced by Kanae Itō in Japanese and Didi Archilla in English.
Appearance[]
Blue Fan is a young girl with her short, orange hair around on the face and four yellow bottoms on her left and right sides with two pigtails, an three eyelashes on top of her eyes, dark brown eyes, and pink lipsticks. In the opening theme song, she has a dark skin, yellow blonde hair around on the face and red yellow bottoms on her left and right sides with two pigtails. She wears a pink skirt with light green necklace, yellow, and green skirt with black spots, dark brown boots, and white cape coat dragged over the shoulders.
Personality[]
Blue Fan is a loyal, caring, and happy girl who was excited expression. She was a member of the Kuja Pirates, with seen to be honest to.
Abilities and Powers[]
Blue Fan's Haki that allows to be implied while she is so strong as a of the Kuja Pirates, she only is the strongest warrior that can be in the Kuja Pirates' ship. Just like the other of the Kuja Tribe, she can use her attack.

Amazon Lily Arc[]
She is in her Kuja boat at their Calm Belt newly Amazing Lily while Vice Admiral Momonga is request from met Boa Hancock. Before she turning onto Momonga's crews stone, Blue and the rest of the Kuja Pirates are back to Amazon Lily.
However, Monkey D. Luffy is kidnapped from trespassed it's was bring in the fight area. She and her crews witnessing his health when Luffy's fails Bacura has his sample power. Blue Fan and the other Kujas watching Luffy's battle against Boa Marigold and Boa Sandersonia with witnessing his smashing the Haoshoku Haki. Before he gaining from his other hand, she is near back was exposed, now he is covering it up. Blue Fan and the other Kujas are evacuate immediately at this area. Before the trial at the area, Blue Fan and the other Kujas returns to nearly petrified Marguerite but it was shocked that Luffy is bring it to the Kuja Castle. Before Luffy get in at great terms has their empress, she loved during her party by Luffy. Before Luffy released to rescue for his brother, Ace for execution, she and her Kujas says goodbye to Luffy and Hancock hop board to Momonga's boat to promise will taking care for helping at the country at the stand.
Post-War Arc[]
She returns to Post-War when she stretching Luffy's leg, before he off to the Ox Bell and back to the boat.
Fish-Man Island Saga[]
Return to Sabaody Arc[]
Before packing it up from Luffy in Rusukaina Island to entered someone who is close it by Sabaody Archipelago, she saying goodbye to Luffy and sail off to Sabaody Archipelago in the small ship.
When the Straw Hat Pirates to heading into from Fish-Man Island, Daisy and her Kujas are holding back to aiden from the Marines.

Wano Country Arc[]
After Hancock was disqualified as a Walord, Blue Fan and the Kuja Tribe are under attacked by the Marines (who are attempted to arrest Hancock). Not only that, the Kujas are also attacked by Blackbeard and his crew (who are attempted to kill Hancock and steal her Mero Mero no Mi). This was until both the Marines and Blackbeard Pirates were drove off from Amazon Lily by both Silvers Rayleigh and Shakuyaku (the previous Empress of Amazon Lily). Despite of it, Blue Fan and the other Kujas are still endangered so long as Hancock stays due to the Marines' persistence. Hancock has decided to leave Amazon Lily under both Rayleigh and Shakky's care for her reunion with her lover, Luffy (the man that the Kuja always worships) to provide protection for both Blue Fan and the Kuja Tribe.
