Bobby (more commonly known as Bobby the Elder) is a recurring character in Harvey Street Kids.

He is the wisest of all the kids on Harvey Street. Despite being called the "The Elder", he is only a year older than the rest of the kids on Harvey Street.

- Bobby is one of the five recurring characters to be created specifically for the show, the four being Frufru, The Bow, Fredo, and Pinkeye.
- It is unknown how his hair is white.
- His tunic bears a closer resemblance to Shrek’s.
