Bolin Hori is a minor hero in the animated web series RWBY and a major character in the 2020 novel RWBY: Before the Dawn. He is a member of Team ABRN along with Arslan Altan, Reese Chloris, and Nadir Shiko.
He is voiced by Jon Risinger in the English dubbed, and by Ryōsuke Morita in the Japanese dubbed, who also voiced Yatsuhashi Daichi in the same series.
Appearance[]
Bolin appears as a teenage male with tanned skin, brown eyes, and black messy hair. His outfit consists of 2 yellow sashes, one around his waist and the other over his left shoulder, a dark blue vest, gray pants with yellow lacing up the sides, black boots, black fingerless gloves, and a dark gray bead necklace around his neck.
Biography[]
Bolin participates in the Vytal festival with the rest of his team, they fight in the tournament against Team RWBY but are defeated. Bolin is later seen in the stadium chatting with Nolan Porfirio and later fights in the Battle of beacon against invading Grimm, White Fang troops, and Atlesian machines infected with the Black Queen virus where Bolin and the rest of Team ABRN were observed defeating a Death Stalker. Bolin and the rest of his team returned to Haven Academy after the fall of Beacon but were given vacation by headmaster Leonardo Lionheart. After the Battle of Haven, Bolin and the rest of Team ABRN transferred to Shade Academy
