He used to be a prideful swordsman and believe monsters are arrogant to underestimate humans

However after his run in with Shalltear Bloodfallen he became more cautious and know there is opponents where humans can’t beat. He ended up depressed and sucidical before meeting Climb and Sebas and rekindle his friendship with Gazaf with gave him new motivation of life. He also more honorable as he politely introduce himself during his fight with Coyctus. He became proud where he able to chip some of Shalltear’s nails off describing as "Touching the impossible spot” showing he had some pride. Though he tend to fight some pointless battle despite knowing he die as he wanted to fight Ainz alongaide Gazef originally before requested to stay out the fight and fight Cyoctus knowing he loose.

History[]

Brian originally fought against Gazef Stronoff in a tournament and lost. He vowed to surpass him in power and have a rematch with him where he join group of outlaws called Death Spreading Brigade.

That changed when Shalltear Bloodfallen attacked the group's base and he thought Shalltear was proud and over too herself where he tried to use his ace on her but stopped it with an finger, this broke him and ran off in fear seeing her impossible to overcome regardless of training.

He would run off in Re-Estate and be found by his former rival Gazef and rekindle their friendship. He also meet Climb and Sebas where it help him recover from his depression.

Trivia[]

  • In the Web Novel Shalltear manage to catch Brian during their first encounter and turn him into a vampire, thus he don’t meet Climb and Sebas, he also avoid dying by Coyctus too. He also kills one of the workers during their invasion in Nazarack since Hamuske didn’t exist in the Web Novel.
  • The author stated he was originally suppose to be homosexual but decided him to be obessed with swords instead.
  • It is possible he might return since Coyctus has him frozen and see him useful meanjng he might revive him to serve under his wing.
  • The author states why he fought Coyctus instead of Shalltear is to throw the veiwer off that Brain would be safe until Shalltear arrives.
  • According to the author during his fight with Coyctus he suppassed Gazef Stronoff in strength.
