Brand Walsh is the deuteragonist of The Goonies. He is Mikey Walsh’s older brother and the boyfriend of Andy.

He was portrayed by Josh Brolin in his film debut.

Brand is a tall and muscular sixteen-year old teenager. He has short sandy brown hair and is often seen wearing a red bandana around his head. He also wears a sleeveless gray shirt with a dark blue hoodie over it, including a pair of gray sweatpants with blue shorts, and a pair of Nike Vandal Supreme shoes.

• Brand's weight machine at the beginning of the film was a birthday present, as displayed on a note attached to the machine.
• According to Mikey, his favorite thing in the world is his bike. It took specifically 376 jobs mowing lawns to save up for it.
• Brand is sixteen years old meaning he is likely a sophomore or a junior in high school. Ironically, his is a year younger than his actor Josh Brolin.
