Brogy the Red Ogre is a major character in the manga and anime series One Piece. He is a co-captain of the Giant Warrior Pirates along with his best friend, Dorry. He is a major ally of the Straw Hat Pirates in Little Garden arc and Egghead Arc.
He is voiced by Tetsu Inada in Japanese and by Jonathan C. Osborne in English.
Biography[]
Brogy the Red Ogre is a co-captain of the Giant Warrior Pirates along with his best friend, Dorry. However, he and Dorry always fighting each other for 100 years. They met the Straw Hats at Little Garden where they helped them against Galdino aka Mr. 3.
Brogy and Dorry continually fighting against each other until they were discovered and picked up to Elbaf by their subordinates, Oimo and Kashii who thought they were imprisoned by the World Government which is a lie.
Brogy and Dorry are old friends with Shanks as well they agreed to help him against the Kid Pirates. When Shanks defeated Kid and obtain the Road Poneglyph copies, Brogy and Dorry destroy the Kid Pirates' ship. After defeating the Kid Pirates, Brogy and Dorry later went to Egghead to help Luffy and his crew escape from the Five Elders. The Elders tried to all of their efforts to stop them from escaping but failed due to the message broadcast by Dr. Vegapunk and later the Elders were prevented by Emet (who used Joy Boy's advanced Haki that was stored up into the Iron Giant), allowing the Giants and the Straw Hats escape. Brogy's bounty was 100,000,000 same as Dorry. Broggy's bounty increased to 1,800,000,000 berries after aiding Luffy's escape.
Appearance[]
Dorry is a heavyset giant with a blonde goatee and a big pig-like nose. He wore a viking outfit along with a blue cape, a spiked viking helmet and a red overall body outfit.
According to Oda, Brogy's height is 12 meter tall.
Personality[]
Like Dorry, Brogy is a amiable giant and strongly believes in the customers of his home, Elbaf and follow them with great respects.
As a Giant, Brogy worships Nika as the giants' god. His signature laugh is Gababababababa!
Abilities and Powers[]
As a giant, Brogy is ten time stronger than ordinary humans. Due to his bounty 100 million, he is very powerful that even Luffy acknowledged his strength to be monstrously strong. He always fighting with Dorry to get stronger. Brogy can easily defeat a Vice-Admiral ranking Marine officer when he smashed Vice-Admiral Tosa into the ground by his axe with no efforts. He along with Dorry were able to injure the Five Elders. He also has knowledge over Haki.
Brogy has a very powerful willpower to be unaffected by Conqueror's Haki as shown he resisted Topman Warcury's Haki.

- Axe and Shield: Brogy's weapons are an axe and shield. His original axe was old and rusty as well broken. He bought a new axe.
