Brooklynn is a supporting protagonist in the Jurassic Park franchise and the tritagonist of the DreamWorks and Netflix TV series, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous.
She is a 13-yr-old and one of the six campers at Camp Cretaceous and was invited there due to being a famous social media user. Now stranded alongside the other five campers, she is now trying to get back home from Isla Nublar though they face many dangers along the way.
She is voiced by Jenna Ortega, who also played Phoebe Atwell in The Babysitter film series, Princess Isabel in Elena of Avalor and Harley Diaz in Stuck in the Middle.
Biography
Background
At some point in 2015, Brooklynn was given a spot at the adventure camp known as Camp Cretaceous which is located north of the park Jurassic World due to her being a famous social media influencer under the account BrooklynnUnboxesTheWorld. However, she also had a life of things other than social media and never went to high school, instead being given online tutors.
Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous
Season 1
When she goes to Camp Cretaceous, Brooklynn meets fellow campers Darius Bowman, Kenji Kon, Yasmina Fadoula, Sammy Gutierrez, and Ben Pincus, as well as her counselors, Roxie & Dave. They go on many fun activities together, but when Brooklynn ventures out of camp at nightfall alongside Darius and Kenji to the restricted Raptor Paddock, but she stays on the balcony while Darius and Kenji venture in and are attacked by Blue, Echo, Delta, and Charlie.
While Darius and Kenji are sentenced to shoveling poop for the next day, Brooklynn is allowed to go with the other campers to the Genetics Lab, but she is given a warning because of her sneaking out. At the lab, Brooklynn and the campers witness the birth of an Ankylosaurus named Bumpy, but she sneaks into Dr. Wu's office to show her social media followers his files without his permission, just to get more popular. Wu catches her in the act and has the campers dismissed from the lab.
After being put in a dangerous situation alongside Darius where they were rescued by Sammy, Brooklynn makes a recording of Sammy taking cell samples from a Sinoceratops. The next day, Brooklynn notices that her phone is missing and consistently asks the other campers where her phone went, and eventually becomes suspicious that Sammy took it from her. The Indominus rex eventually attacks the campers and tries to kill them, but they narrowly escape from her jaws and venture into the Research Lab once again, where a scientist named Eddie abandons the kids to be devoured by the Indominus, but he is killed by her instead.
Brooklynn and the campers escape from the I. rex once again, and finds out that Sammy took the phone. Sammy admits to being a spy for InGen rival company Mantah Corp and explains her motives, but Yazmina doesn't forgive her. The campers also see the death of Simon Masrani as his helicopter crashes into the Jurassic World Aviary and explodes, and escape from the pterosaurs and into the River Adventure, where they are sent into the Jurassic World Lagoon and almost devoured by the Mosasaurus.
