Bruce Lee (In Japanese: ブルース・リー Burūsu Rī) is a supporting character in the My Hero Academia franchise.

He was a resistance second-in-command under Toshitsugu Kudo that opposed the infamous villain, All For One, and was also responsible for rescuing Yoichi Shigaraki, the younger twin brother of All For One. He would later become the successor of Kudo, becoming the third user of the One For All quirk, which would end up creating a new legacy of One For All users who would oppose All For One.

Alongside his fellow users, he would serve as a major ally to its ninth and final user, Izuku Midoriya, in the fight against All For One and Tomura Shigaraki.

He was voiced by Ryōta Suzuki in Japanese and Nazeeh Tarsha in English.

Biography[]

Bruce grew up during a time when All For One's evil influence was vast and unchecked. He would eventually become a member and second-in-command of Kudo's resistance against All For One. At one point, during a raid on All For One's base, him and Kudo would rescue Yoichi Shigaraki from imprisonment by his evil brother.

Before Kudo's death, Bruce would inherit his One For All Quirk. Kudo would then pass his quirk onto Hikage Shinomori to maintain its legacy.

A century later, alongside his fellow users, he communicated with its ninth user, Izuku Midoriya, through his awakened vestige self. Through this, he would support Izuku in his fight against All For One.
