Bubbles is the second Powerpuff girl. She is a blonde girl with pigtails who has blue eyes and a blue dress. Though she is named second, she takes place as the youngest child. She is named Bubbles because of her "bubbly" personality (as revealed by giggling when the Professor named the first girl Blossom). Thus, she is the last Powerpuff girl to be named for a real reason (Buttercup was just named for that name also starting with a "B"). Her personality ingredient is "sugar". Tara Charendoff-Strong did her voice.
