Buckbeak is a supporting character from the Harry Potter franchise. He is a hippogriff belonging to Rubeus Hagrid.
His vocal effects were provided by Frank Welker.
Personality[]
Buckbeak was a proud creature and at first, he seemed to be fairly aggressive, attacking Draco Malfoy when the latter insulted him. Despite being aggressive, Buckbeak has been shown to be very loyal and protective of those who treat him with kindness and respect.

- The Prisoner of Azkaban is the only appearance Buckbeak makes in the films.
- In the books, Harry did not enjoy riding on Buckbeak, while in the films, he did.
