Zandale Rudolph, better known as Bulletproof, is a supporting character of the Image Comics comic series Invincible and its animated adaptation of the same name.

He gained his powers in an accident that killed his brother. Afterwards, he took his identity and became the superhero Bulletproof. When his parents found out about the deceit and tried to kill him, he killed them and covered the evidence.

He joined the Guardians of the Globe after their deaths at the hands of Omni-Man. He was a hero for several years before becoming corrupted and working for Robot once he took over the world.

He is voiced by Jay Pharoah.

Powers & Abilities[]

Powers[]

  • Kinetic Energy Manipulation: Bulletproof can store kinetic energy in his body, which can be used for a large variety of effects.
    • Superhuman Strength: Bulletproof has consistently been shown to be a strong hero, helping to lift cars, break through Atom Eve's constructs and even temporarily stagger one of the Alternate Mark Graysons. Cecil even said his strength was on par with Invincible
    • Superhuman Durability: Bulletproof has taken plenty of heavy blows and survived. He survived being attacked by the Sequids, an explosion that took out a good portion of the Pentagon and took multiple attacks from an enraged Retro Invincible during the Invincible War. He has also been shown to be able to survive in the vacuum of space
    • Flight: Bulletproof can fly in any direction he chooses and maneuver around very quickly.
    • Healing Factor: While not as good as Invincible's or the Immortal's, Bulletproof is able to heal from wounds much faster than the average person.

Abilities[]

  • Skilled Combatant: With his long history as a superhero, Bulletproof is dangerous when it comes to hand-to-hand combat.
