C.H.E.R.U.B are the titular main antagonists of the Helluva Boss episode "C.H.E.R.U.B". They are an organization of Cherubs that protects the living on behalf of souls in Heaven.

Unlike I.M.P, C.H.E.R.U.B doesn't take payment for its work, being a non-profit organization that does what it does because it considers it the right thing to do.

C.H.E.R.U.B is seemingly Heaven's equivalent of I.M.P. Unlike their Hell-based counterparts, C.H.E.R.U.B offers protection services for the world of the living. Its known members include Cletus, Collin, and Keenie, though it is unknown if there are others, especially after the three were barred from returning to Heaven after accidentally killing Lyle Lipton. They have ads similar to the I.M.P. ad complete with their own jingle. Their goal is to save lives of people dying in the living world because someone wants to keep them alive, whereas I.M.P.'s goal is the complete opposite, to kill people because someone wants them dead.

In the Season 2 episode, The Full Moon, C.H.E.R.U.B is still stranded on Earth, with the three angels being forced to perform elaborate scams in order to get the money needed to sustain themselves, though Cletus assures his comrades they're just giving people a chance to be generous. During one such heist, while regrouping in a back alley the C.H.E.R.U.B.s are kidnapped by the D.H.O.R.K.S, who mistake them for hellspawn and demand for them to help them find Blitzø and his gang. While Collin tries to explain their true motives, Cletus and Keenie lie that they're Exorcists sent down to kill I.M.P so Agents 1 and 2 decide to enlist them in their own battle against the demons, unveiling their entire army of the Pope's clones, the advanced weaponry they've been working on and finally, a portal they intend to use to enter Hell and kill off the demons.

However, thanks to some complications, the generator is unable to create a portal any larger than 2 feet, which is why they need the child-sized cherubs to help them enter the portal instead (after previous tests with regular children ended in failure and lots of bloodshed). Cletus and Keenie (pressuring Collin with them) quickly accept and thus, they don suits modelled after I.M.P and enter the portal, finding themselves in the Lust Ring. While C.H.E.R.U.B quickly find Blitzø buying scented candles, they note that his teammates aren't with him and thus decide to follow him around as he buys supplies for his next meet-up with Stolas, whilst attempting to blend in. Along the way, they misinterpret Blitzø's kinks for evil intentions as he buys the products.

This culminates in them mistaking a gigantic dildo that Blitzø buys to be a weapon and thus, they immediately rush off to stop him. Fortunately, the rest of I.M.P arrive, revealing that they trailed their boss to ensure he didn't wreak havoc and ended up spotting C.H.E.R.U.B. A brawl erupts between the two parties in which C.H.E.R.U.B, despite manage dealing some damage to I.M.P using their gear, end up getting badly beaten and thrown back out into the mortal realm.
