Cammy White, also known by the codename Killer Bee, is a character and a heroine in the Street Fighter series of fighting games. She first appeared in the fighting game Super Street Fighter II, which was released in 1993, as one of the "New Challengers", out of the four new characters introduced in that title. She was once a deadly assassin working for Shadaloo before breaking free and becoming an MI6 operative for the British government.
She is the second female character in the Street Fighter series, following Chun-Li. Out of the four New Challengers, Cammy is by far the most prominent, having many more game appearances than the others, as well as more appearances in games and other media than many of the original "world warriors." Along with Chun-Li, Cammy's considered one of the Femme Fatales of the Street Fighter universe, her popularity quickly making her one of the most famous characters, because of her attractive and slender figure along with her strong personality and fighting skills.
She is voiced in Japanese by Akiko Kōmoto in Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Namco x Capcom, Miki Nagasawa in Capcom vs. SNK 2, Yōko Sasaki in Street Fighter II V and Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, Kotono Mitsuishi in the Street Fighter II drama CD, who also voices Sailor Moon and Hummy, Maya Okamoto in the Japanese dub of the Street Fighter film, and recently by Miyuki Sawashiro in Streer Fighter IV, Super Street Fighter IV, Street Fighter X Tekken, and Street Fighter V.
In English, she is voiced by Lisa Ann Beley in the cartoon, Debra Jean Rogers in Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, and Street Fighter II V Animaze, Susan Hart in X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold, Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, and Capcom vs. SNK, Carol Matthews and Shawn Taylor in Street Fighter II V ADV #1 and #2, respectively, Alexis Martino in the motion comics, and her most recent voice is Caitlin Glass in Street Fighter IV, Super Street Fighter IV, Street Fighter X Tekken, and Street Fighter V, who also voiced Haruhi Fujioka, Petra Rall, and Winry Rockbell.
In the 1994 live-action Street Fighter film, she was portrayed by Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue.
Overview
Cammy is a teenaged agent of the Delta Red commando task force, operating within Britain's Secret Intelligence Service (MI6). Enhanced by Bison's genome, she once worked as an assassin for Shadaloo under the codename of "Killer Bee" (as seen in X-Men vs. Street Fighter and Street Fighter Alpha 3). At the end of Alpha 3, she rebelled against Bison, lost her memories, and was taken to Britain (by Vega); it was there that she joined the special forces unit known as Delta Red. Cammy participated in the Super Street Fighter II tournament to learn about her past; she learned the shocking truth from Bison himself, but managed to cope with the revelation thanks to the support of her Delta Red comrades.
In Street Fighter IV, she is sent to investigate S.I.N.'s connection to Shadaloo and to acquire data on the BLECE Project. She's also there for a personal reason: Juri Han, a member of S.I.N, gave a brutal beatdown to the Shadaloo Dolls, whom she considers her younger sisters.
Cammy returns in Street Fighter V still in her Delta Red incarnation but sporting an updated look, reminiscent of her appearance in the spin-off Cannon Spike. During the interim between IV and V, she has continued investigating Shadaloo while also tending to her fellow Doll Juni, who is now amnesic and getting accustomed once more to a normal life.

Outside of battle, however, she speaks very gently and with a great deal of compassion, especially when caring for former members of The Dolls, whom she refers to as her "sisters". Cammy feels a deep affinity towards cats and is often depicted feeding and caring for cats, perhaps because she's something of a stray cat herself. Cammy is also burdened by a deep feeling of guilt over having been an assassin for Shadaloo, but she has learned to overcome her feelings of guilt by looking towards the future.
