The Camp Crush Crew is the main protagonists of the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Camp Crush cartoon series. They are a group of sentient monster trucks that consist of Bone Shaker, Tiger Shark, Demo Derby, Mega-Wrex, 5 Alarm, Bigfoot, Gunkster, Rhinomite, and Motosaurus. They have mostly been known as trucks who do nothing but compete in challenges on Monster Truck Island, but they have been known for doing good deeds to not only protect the island, but also each other. The group was founded in 2022.

Bone Shaker:[]

Bone Shaker is often portrayed as the hothead of the group, as he can often have a short temper. He is also known to be easily manipulated, as he was manipulated and brainwashed by Skelesaurus to do his evil deeds for him, as Skelesaurus tricked him into thinking he would become a winner if he joined his side. He can also be petty at times, due to the fact that he likes to get back at people for treating him terribly. Despite all of his flaws, he deeply cares for all of his friends, and once he realized Skelesaurus was using him as a pawn in his schemes, he quickly betrayed him so he could protect his friends, and even offered to sacrifice himself to make up for all of his mistakes.

Bone Shaker's design is inspired by the Hot Wheels car of the same name, which makes him one of three members to have their design based off a Hot Wheels car, the others being 5 Alarm and Motosaurus. He is also one of two members to have completely different graphics on both of his sides, with Demo Derby being the other. He has a primarily black paint job, with a skull grill and engine on the front, a skull on top, and some sort of air tank in the back. His right side has the skull on the door, along with flames running across it. On the left, he has the Hot Wheels logo along the door, along with more flames. He has a red roll cage, along with a chrome chassis, black tires, and black rims with red beadlocks.

Tiger Shark:[]

Tiger Shark is known to be incredibly cocky, as he is very competitive and desires to be the best at everything at all times. He's known to be very clever, cunning, and use his abilities with being a tiger-shark hybrid to his advantage when he needs to. He's known for being one of the more calm, cool, and collected ones, although he isn't a stranger to getting angry sometimes. He cares for his fellow trucks, and helps to come up with plans to help them achieve their goals, and is known for being a guy to rally the group and motivate them. He is voiced by Scott Montiel.

His paint job is a Bengal tiger mashed with a shark. He has tiger stripes and a orange paint job all over his body. He has eyes that are painted over his fenders. He has a red nose painted on the front of the hood. He has a black roll cage, a chrome chassis, black tires, and orange rims.

Demo Derby:[]

One of the two female members in the group (with the other being 5 Alarm), Demo Derby is known as trying to make everything fun and exciting. She is always trying to be reckless and unpredictable, regardless of how necessary it is in most scenarios. She's also excellent in working as a team, as once she is teamed up with Mega-Wrex in season 2, she instantly forms chemistry with him immediately. She's also not prone to getting angry a lot, although she can get annoyed when someone does something stupid, or when something isn't going her way. She is voiced by Amanda Habrowski.

Her appearance is an SUV body style with graffiti all over it. She is one of two trucks to have decals on their tires, with Gunkster being the other. On her right side, she has a smiley face spray painted on the side, with the number 68 and the Hot Wheels logo. On her left side, the Hot Wheels logo goes entirely across it, with a small row of caution tape and the number 68. On the hood, she has the Hot Wheels logo, the number 68, and several rows of caution tape. Her roof is colored in teal, with the same smiley face as her right side, as well as the Hot Wheels logo, and a large "X" over it. She has a blue roll cage, with a yellow chassis. He rims are different, as she has black rims in the front, and red rims in the back. She has black tires with yellow markings on the front tires, and a outline of the Hot Wheels logo and the signature smiley face on the back tires.

Mega-Wrex:[]

Mega-Wrex is often portrayed as the dumbest, yet strongest of the group, as he's more brawns than brains. Usually, his first instinct is to fight someone if they make him mad, rather than talk things out. Like Demo Derby, he's known to be reckless regardless of the situation. Despite all of that, he can act like a voice of reason at times, like as in how he stopped Tiger Shark and Rhinomite's rivalry in season 3. He also is known to try to make his friends stronger, as he invited Crushzilla to a challenge he set up, just to try to challenge his friends. He purely does this because he wants the best for his friends and the world around him, however. He may be dumb sometimes, but he can be counted on to get the job done. He is voiced by Travis Carey, who also voices Gunkster.

Mega-Wrex's body is shaped like a t-rex, hence the "Wrex" in his name. His body is a strange teal color. His hood makes the shape of a mouth, with a pink tongue. His windshield is colored blue to make blue eyes. He has rainbow colored scales that go from the top of the hood all the way up to his tail on the back. He has a dark green roll cage, a chrome chassis, and teal rims with purple bead locks.

5 Alarm:[]

5 Alarm is the second female within the group. She is often considered the most kind among her peers. She likes to encourage others and help them when they need it, like how she encourages Bigfoot to keep going when he considers giving up in season 4. However, she can also be cowardly sometimes as she isn't very fond of stepping outside of her comfort zone and trying new things. She is known to arguably also be the smartest out of anyone, as she is often the quickest to figure out complex situations and put plans into action. She, like a lot of trucks in the group, is known to be really good at teamwork, as when she and Gunkster team up in season 2, she and Gunkster put aside their differences and assemble a close friendship with each other. She is voiced by Brandi Hollsten.

5 Alarm, like Bone Shaker and Motosaurus, is another truck that has a design that's based on a Hot Wheels car of the same name. She has a red coat of paint, with flames all over her. She also has a "Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Fire Department" badge on both sides. On the front, she has a logo that spells out "Hot Wheels Fire" and the number 68. She has a white ladder on top, equipped with a water cannon, which can shoot water when she wants to. She has gray windows on the front and sides. She has a black roll cage, a chrome chassis, with black tires and chrome rims.

Bigfoot:[]

Bigfoot is the oldest truck of the fleet and is also the wisest. He has been on the island since 1975, and has seen the worst of the inhabitants of the island. He has a rivalry with Skelesaurus, the main antagonist of the show, due to him locking Skelesaurus away in the past after he attempted to take over the island. Bigfoot often uses his wisdom to his advantage, and uses it to manipulate people with ease. He has been shown to get cranky and stubborn at times, especially during season 2, but it's not typical for him to act this way.

Bigfoot's body design is the only design to be based on a real truck in real life, in which it's based on a 1974 Ford F-250 pickup truck. Bigfoot is also the only truck in the franchise that was strictly based off a monster truck in real life. Bigfoot has a chrome grill on the front with an engine coming up through the hood. He has rust marks all over him. His hood consists of a black stripe running from it all the way to the tailgate, and multiple logos including logos of sponsors that sponsor the truck in real life such as Firestone Tires, Summit Racing Equipment, and Howard's Racing Components, and the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks logo. He also has a logo that spells out "4X4X4" as well as the "74/68" logo (the number 74 representing the truck's design year, and the number 68 representing the year Hot Wheels was created). He has the Bigfoot logo on either side (along with the tailgate and roof), as well as the same logos from before as well as the Hot Wheels logo. He has an orange roll cage with a chrome chassis, and black tires with white rims and blue bead locks.

Gunkster:[]

Gunkster is the prankster among the trucks. Like his name implies, he likes all things gunky, slimy, and dirty. He likes to pull pranks on his friends, regardless of the situation, although he purely does this just because he wants to have fun rather than malicious intent. He and 5 Alarm have a close friendship, as he taught 5 Alarm to step out of her comfort zone and try new things, like getting dirty. He cares for his friends a lot, although often times, he can get into arguments with some of his friends due to his pranks going too far sometimes. He is voiced by Travis Carey, who also voices Mega-Wrex.

Gunkster is the other truck to have tire printings on him. His entire body has slime all over it. He has one half of the Hot Wheels Logo on both sides, with slime and caution tape going along his doors. His logo is on his rear fenders, tailgate, and hood. His hood has slime running up from his grill to the top of the roof, which has slime, caution tape, and the Hot Wheels logo. He has a green roll cage, along with a chrome chassis. His tires are black, with slime on them, along with yellow rims and green beadlocks.

Rhinomite:[]

Rhinomite's name is the words "rhino" and "dynamite" mashed together. Rhinomite is one of two trucks to join the main crew after season 2, the other being Motosaurus. Initially, he was a bad guy, with him and Motosaurus being the main antagonists of season 2, but after some convincing, he and Motosaurus joined the crew. He is known to be cocky and aggressive, calling out people for doubting him when he puts a plan together. He has the confidence of a god and has to an extent, the talent to back it up. He likes to put plans together himself, and usually needs some convincing to stop with a plan. Despite this, he has good traits. He is Motosaurus' best friend, and always likes to stick up for him, as well as the other trucks in the group. He is voiced by Bill Butts.

His body is shaped like a rhino, with a cobalt blue paint job. His hood has the number 68 across the front, with a white horn. He has flames that go up towards the windshield, along with a stripe that goes all the way to the back of the tailgate. His sides have flames coming up from the fenders and flames above his "eyes". He has a big "mouth" along his sides, with the Hot Wheels logo underneath it. His logo goes above the rear fenders on both sides. His tailgate consists of a dynamite stick and the number 68 with more flames and the Hot Wheels logo. He has a tail on his back with more flames and the number 68 behind his head. He has an orange roll cage with a black chassis, black tires, and orange rims.

Motosaurus:[]

Motosaurus is arguably the most unique truck in the group when it comes to personality. He is the only truck in the group that cannot speak English, as he can only grumble gibberish as a form of communication. Despite this, Motosaurus has a clear personality. Like Rhinomite, he used to be an enemy to the crew, being a main antagonist in season 2 alongside Rhinomite, but like him, he was convinced to join the crew. Despite not speaking English, he is smarter than he looks. He acts like a voice of reason to Rhinomite whenever he acts ridiculous. He deeply cares for his friends, especially Bigfoot, as he is seen with Bigfoot a lot in later seasons. He is voiced by Shawn Smith.

Motosaurus is the last of the trucks that has a body design based on a Hot Wheels car of the same name. Motosaurus' body is based on a stegosaurus, hence his name. He has a primarily black body, with stegosaurus bones painted on both sides. His hood purely consists of a stegosaurus head. He has spikes on top of him. He has a black roll cage, chassis, and tires, along with light blue rims.

Wheelie:[]

Wheelie is Tiger Shark's pet rock tire. He doesn't really do much throughout the show's run, except for asking Tiger Shark to play fetch, but he deeply cares for Tiger Shark and accepts him as an owner.

He simply is a tire made out of stone. He has moss on him and blue makings on him, in which the blue markings indicate he's alive.

Crushzilla:[]

Crushzilla is a robotic monkey that appears as an occurring character. Mega-Wrex (and other members) sometimes use him to help them with certain things. He is somewhat of an anti-hero being a minor antagonist in season 2, and helping Skelesaurus retrieve one of the Tetra Crystals in season 3, but he didn't do the latter out of will, rather he was convinced to, and also helped defeat him in the same episode. He can be quite aggressive, as he is shown throwing tires at the trucks in episodes, which are so strong that they can get sent flying, but he only does this to challenge the trucks to make them better, rather than malicious intent.

Crushzilla is a giant monkey robot. He has a big target on the top of his head. Both of his arms are made out of both yellow metal and tires. He has two big yellow hands. His mouth has a lip made out of tires, and he has sharp teeth. He also has two red eyes. He has a big yellow chest plate and has some kind of weird button on his abdomen. He also sits on a platform made out of tires.

Race Ace (deceased):[]

Race Ace was a member of the crew from season 1 to season 3. He would always be up for talking on a challenge due to his bravery. He deeply cared for all the trucks in the group, as he was really good at working with them and helping them. He would always do everything he possibly could to ensure the safety of his friends, even going as far as to spy on Skelesaurus in the season 3 finale, and in the very same episode, he was willing to sacrifice himself to stop Skelesaurus' plans and save his friends, which he did. He is voiced by Doug Erholtz.

Race Ace's design is very similar to Gunkster's. He's mainly colored blue. His hood has a black grill and a red stripe that goes up it to the top of the roof. His name is spelled out across it, and the Hot Wheels logo is also placed on it as well as the number 68. Like Gunkster, he has one half of the Hot Wheels logo on both sides. He has two red stripes that go along the front of his fenders that wrap around him. The number 68 and his name are spelled out on the sides. His tailgate has the Hot Wheels logo and his name, as well as the red stripes. He has a white roll cage with a chrome chassis, black tires, and black rims with red bead locks on them.

Rhino Rig (disappeared):[]

The Rhino Rig was a minor character within the crew in the first two seasons. He didn't really do too much of anything, as all he does is order the trucks around, or watch the trucks do challenges for Camp Crush. In a way, he is considered the crew's "boss", and sanctions Camp Crush. His current whereabouts are unknown, as he mysteriously disappeared in the gap between season 2 and season 3. He also acted as the trucks' fastest mode of transportation from place to place, as he can carry the trucks around. He, like Mega-Wrex and Gunkster, is voiced by Travis Carey.

The Rhino Rig is meant to be a carrier for the trucks. His carrying unit is colored blue, which can carry up to eight trucks. He has a gray door on his back that can also be used as a ramp, as well as a ramp on his roof. He has an orange windshield, an orange engine that comes up through the hood, and a yellow horn. He has a gray cab, with the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks logo behind it. He has a blue roll cage and chassis, with black tires and yellow rims, with a much longer wheelbase than the trucks in the show.
