Camus Morgue is one of the Major characters that played the pivotable role in the Revenge of the Iron-Blooded Sword Hound. She is currently the Iron Blooded Empress of the Morgue Clan and the wife of Vikir Van Baskerville but later acquired the arts of dark magic in the later series.
Appearance[]
Camus is introduced as a stunning little girl with bright red hair, ruby-colored eyes, a sharp nose, and big cheeks. Her young look betrays the ferocious knowledge and magical prowess that constitute her employment at the Morgue Clan. Camus evolves with time, becoming a well-known beauty with a powerful, compelling charisma. Although her physical appearance and renown attract attention, she deliberately exploits them to her advantage in political manoeuvres.
Personality[]

She embodies a complex legacy of the Morgue Family Clan, known for their ruthless and brilliance of magic. From an early age, she demonstrates extraordinary brilliance and a flair for magic, as well as an iron will and ferocious pride. She is seen as bold and independent at first, but she grows up through grief, especially after her ally Vikir vanishes. Her experiences shape her personality and inspire her to learn magic on the "Dark Side" of her family's group.

In the Morgue Clan, the are 2 primary factions held by 2 leaders, the light Faction headed by Adolf Morgue while the Dark Faction is lead by the deceitful mages, Snake Morgue.

- Dark Faction - primary on deeper aspects on magic in unethical practices under the guide leadership of Snake Morgue
Camus was originally aligned with the side side under her mentorship, Adolf Morgue. However, she defected to the Dark side faction leaving her family in concern, which she later resurface to become one of the most powerful figure in the faction, later known for her ruthless and deadly combat in both warfare and magical abilities. This is beyond in her ambition and the quest to push magical knowlege beyond the boundaries that her family put in traditional values.

Adolf Morgue[]
Considering that he's the uncle, mentor and a central figure in her development, serving to be her protector while being a mentor, guiding her after tragic loss. As he is a member of the Morgues clan, both influenctial and central figure of the family, he has a complex relationship with his niece, characteristics on the deep affection familial on duty. The impact of Camus' initial magical aptitude, particularly in dark arts and necromancy, was greatly influenced by Adolf's teachings and supervision. While Adolf is protective of Camus, he is also realistic and will not hesitate to force her along tough roads. His strong commitment to the Morgue family tradition influenced Camus' early actions, particularly her eventual agreement with Seere to gain power. A harmonious blend of mentorship, family affection, and the demands of maintaining family honour characterises their relationship. Camus admires him greatly, but he also resents some of the mistakes he made in their shared history, particularly after Vikir's apparent death.
Rose Morgue[]
A cousin and close to Camus unfortunately was shortlived but was later resurrected by Camus herself using forbidden arts of Necromancy. This characterized in complexity of grief, suffering and the will of using necromancy, signifying the will to push the boundaries between life and death but this became an inner conflict for Camus as she has to accept that her cousin now is a soulless creature under her command. This resulted to grasp of her will to reverse death and in her consequences of actions facing reality.
Snake Morgue[]
An estrange uncle of Camus morgue, who posses the dark arts and proficiency of dark magic, playing a significant role to Camus ascending to darkness. His will was shortlived after his will to sacrifice to prevent Seere's influence to Camus path in her personal growth, leading her to reinforce her struggle after her estrange uncle's will of sacrifice, leading her to master the arts of dark magic but prevents to be a sheer vessel of Seere.
Vikir Van Baskerville[]
Her first encounter with him was when they meet in the Baskerville Estate when both patriarchs were in diplomat meeting as they considered themselves as rivals. In her sparring match against Vikir, she was unmatched by Vikir's will of skill and his tactics, leading her to an accidental explosion leaving her clothes burned but Vikir's act of chivalry, nonchalance confidence which later started to have her complex of admirations and affection towards him. Over the years, she developed romantic feelings towards Vikir as her feelings deepened but with mask of with her usual pride and confidence, as she wanted to have a joint reunion but was later ruined by her Morgue Triplets, ruining the meeting spot yet confronted vikir welcoming as her partner. She is struck in awe in his growth appearance and demeanor. After what Camus believed that Vikir was killed after dueling with Madam Eight legs, as she finds herself in opposite side of her contract with Seere, the 9th corpse of the Demon lords. The complex of her relationship with Vikir impacted with tense of emotional connection, shaping her internal conflict as their relationships were rooted in admiration, Rivarl and words of unspoken romance making it difficult to navigate their relationship
Dolores[]
Considering her as an ally, they both have a deep bond with vikir but their relationship has come far from misunderstanding and her envy from Dolores closeness with Vikir. Their relationship has been complicated but she turns to Dolores for advice and support as the Battle of the Demon lords would unfold.
Aiyen[]
Though enemies at first as she was held captive as her slave in the Ballak Tribe, ultimately came to become an ally, Rivarly and mutual understanding. Camus is very hostile towards Aiyen at first given she was kidnapped and captive as Aiyen's slave, but is established as her protector. Both of them later respected each other as they spend time with each other as they recognize their leadership and strength as both of them Rivarly for their love towards Vikir.
Abilities and Powers[]
Her complex abilities who evolve around the story, signifies the growth as she was bound to grapple the dark forces within her. She exhibited exceptional abilities especially to the dark compact to the 9th Corpse, Seere.

This is crucial in social, political and warfare when increasing influence and command respect throughout the family of the Morgues, carry the weight of their power. This is also shown when she organize her forces especially her loyalty to the allies.
Magic Abilities[]
In Spellcasting, it is one of primary Powers that high level mage can handle, for Camus in her young age, can demonstrate in complete focus and control, more often used in warfare. Summoning magic, often summoning creatures but we're weaker compared to her transformation of Necromancy. Her feats have been capable that Is beyond her youth, separating herself from other kids.
Swordsmanship[]
She is also trained to be well in swordsmanship not just relying her instincts in defense and offensive measures in the battlefield, it can be used as well to enhanced magic within the swords that can be infused channeling magical energy. This is mostly common practice within the family Clan.

Camus had control over her magic at a young age, though it was not as refined or vast as the dark magic she would later develop. Her proficiency allowed her to perform complex spells during battles and fights. This is often demonstrated of using Elemental and Enchantment Spells, creating barriers for defensive and offensive uses, brutally massacring her enemies and protecting her allies by defensive barriers.

The ability to control, raise the undead to is core under the command of an individual's power, binding it's will to Camus. This makes it proficient for her to create an army of the dead under her leadership, often have the passive skills of infused magic or abilities of the undead. She also has the skill or ability to weaken her enemies by thru "necrotic Aura", giving her army an edge in combat.
Energy Manipulation and Curses[]
Camus can often channel and manipulate a darker and destructive energy that Is often influenced by Seere's control, making it formidable as her Strategic asset in the battlefield, but this also can absorb energy from enemies to bolster her strength. Forbidden Spells also make enemies get harmed, immobilize and curse them to limit movement, marking her a dangerous Individual. This also shows she can corrupt the enemies souls and bind them to her army, efficient for making slaves in her authority.
Altho these have significant advantage, this has deeply affected her after her pact with the 9th corpse limiting her psychic Resistance
