Captain Pikachu is an Electric Mouse Pokémon depending Professor Friede found him on the grass. When he is angry… his electric sacs charge up with a dash of Volt Tackle and He met him Captain Pikachu on the grass. He has a cap on his straight tail, and his cap absorbs lighting to charge up from the sky to charge him itself up.

When Professor Friede Calms him… he pets Pikachu without a cap. and Professor Friede found a captain cap for Captain Pikachu on for walking slowly on the tall grass. Then Captain Pikachu Gives a thunderbolt on Him getting zapped when it touches and the Pikachu worn his captain cap and joined the Rising Volt Tacklers when Captain Pikachu joins and with His Charizard on his childhood. And on the Rising Volt Tacklers’s Blimp, at the Kitchen, Captain Pikachu likes to eat Donuts with Professor Friede. And He sits on the Blimp’s chair to give Professor Friede a thumbs up.
