Biography[]
Past[]
Starshield hails from planet Kerwan. Back when he had the rank of a private, he was known for having the cleanest toilets in his units. As a superhero, he saved many people across multiple galaxies. In G2.16.918, he saved Solana Galaxy from an invasion by ghost pirate robots. In G2.14.173, he saved Bogon Galaxy from a pan-galactic amoeboid mafia ring. On two occasions, he saved Thyrullian Galaxy from space locusts. His heroic acts brought him fame, and he was evnetually declared Citizen of the Millenium in Metropolis.
The Adventures of Captain Starshield[]
Captain Starshield approached planet Calzon for a routine visit, only to find it being threatened by Baron Masseter. Starshield took out his attack starship, earning praise from the planet's chancellor, but his starship's hyperdrive malfunctioned, sending him to Kavorian Galaxy, where he crash-landed on planet Fractis. On Fractis, he fought off kragmites and cantors. After he defeated them, his starship's computer had completed repairs, and received a distress signal from Solana Galaxy's Shadow Sector, prompting Starshield to go there.
Ratchet: Deadlocked[]
The distress signal turned out to be a trap by Gleeman Vox, who captured Starshield and made him a gladiator for his DreadZone show. Starshield fought in death matches against other heroes, reaching the rank of Vindicator in one week, until he was scheduled to go up against Ace Hardlight. Using the Quantum-Demoleculizer smuggled into his locker by Juanita Alvaro, Hardlight ambushed and disintegrated Starshield, winning the match.
Ratchet was eventually informed of Starshield's disappearance, shortly before he himself got captured by Vox.
Personality[]
From what little is seen of Starshield, he always strove to help those in need, for which he was beloved by the public, but remained humble despite his fame. He showed no fear when facing even the most formidable adversaries.
