History[]
Wiltz is a Scottish Loch Ness monster who employs Neebish, Tweeter and Pokeynose and is the owner of the Night Stand. He hired them to shave the dog as he spies the Sandman and the Tinkle Bug.
Personality[]
Wiltz can scream at the top of his lungs when the Boogie Brigade doesn’t listen to him. While he is tough, he has a soft spot for the Boogies. He enjoys playing golf.
Appearance[]
Wiltz wears a Scottish hat and kilt and he has an orange goatee.
