Carrie Kelley is Batman's unlikely sidekick, the daughter of Lisa Kelley, a member of the Gotham Knights and the best Friend of Cullen Row. Fearless, idealistic and plucky as hell, Carrie talked her way into the position. If there's a burning building or a person in need, she's the first to rush in. Just as long as she's home by curfew.

According to Carrie's mother, she is 16 years old, Carrie is short but that makes her more skillful, fast and stealthy when it comes to fighting. In her civil form she is more seen wearing the Gotham academy uniform, in her vigilante form she wears goggles that allow her to have different types of vision, thermal, spectral, ultraviolet, etc. She wears a red jacket, with a belt with batarangs and explosives, and military boots.

Carrie grew up with Lisa Kelley, the best surgeon in Gotham, one night the mutant gang throw Batman from one of the buildings in her neighborhood, Carrie saw him and took him home to heal him but there, Carrie accidentally discovered Batman's identity , then she became Batman's sidekick, until Batman's death.

Carrie makes her first appearance in the pilot episode where she is at the party that Turner organized before her dad's death, Carrie manages to prevent one of Bruce's vases from falling to the floor, Turner thanks her for saving the vase, before Turner asks where she meets her, Carrie introduces herself and reminds Turner that they have trigonometry together, then Turner introduces himself to her, and they both start talking until they are interrupted by Cressida. Later Carrie shows up at Bruce Wayne/Batman's funeral leaving a rose on her coffin. Carrie reappears at the end of the episode where she saves Harper, Cullen, Turner and Duela from being killed by Ford and his team, after Carrie, Turner, Harper, Duela and Cullen go to the graveyard, Turner and Carrie look at Batman's grave, Turner asks Carrie how she knows they weren't the ones who killed Batman, Carrie tells her that working with the best detective in Gotham you learn a few things, Turner asks Carrie if she knew that Bruce Wayne was Batman but Carrie tells her that she only found out now, then Carrie tells Turner how she met Batman and how he became his partner, Turner tells her that she knew his dad in a way that he didn't know him, Carrie responds by telling him that she knew him enough to know that Turner was what his father loved the most, she also tells him that Batman did not want Turner to continue with the path that he followed because of to everything that the two had been through, revealing to him that Batman was impressed that Turner never gave in to the darkness like Batman did, Duela arrives and tells them that they have to leave or they will be buried next to Batman, then Cullen, Harper, Duela and Turner with no other choice decide to live in the school bell tower, Turner tells the team that they have to find Batman's killer and clear their names but Harper replies that a duo of thieves now on the run, a sidekick, the Joker's deranged daughter and the son of Batman, there are many things but not cops, Turner replies that his dad wasn't police either but that didn't stop him from taking down criminals, after Cullen shows them the engraving behind Ford's watch, Turner mentions that it was the same as the coin found on Bruce's body, Duela tells him that it is the symbol coin of the Court of Owls, who they refer to as a dangerous society that if you find out about them, it will be the last thing you go to see.
Scene of the crime[]
Carrie arrives at a crime scene where she realizes that Cullen, Harper, Duela and Turner stole clothes from a store, she lets the robbery go as she realizes that clothes were the only resource they didn't have. Turner and Carrie decide to go find Bruce's diaries to find out something of the Court, but Cullen, Harper and Duela say they think it is a bad and suicidal idea, in the end Turner convinces the trio to return to Wayne Tower, the team organizes a plan to enter Wayne Tower. The plan is successful, Turner and Carrie manage to break into Wayne Tower, in Bruce's office, Turner manages to take the diaries but Talon finds Turner and Carrie, they notify Cullen, Harper and Duela, upon learning of Talon, Duela freaks out and abandon Cullen, Harper, Turner and Carrie saying that they all abandon her enough times to know that no one is going to save her. Cullen, Harper, Carrie and Turner manage to escape from Wayne Tower, on the way to the lair, Turner questions why Duela abandoned them, to which Carrie replies that she is the daughter of the Joker, she is surprised that it took her, Harper, Cullen and Carrie refuse to go save Duela but Turner manages to convince them to save her, upon reaching Duela's rescue, Turner and Carrie fight Talon, who hurts Turner's wrist with his sword, finally Carrie defeats Talon by throwing an explosive at him with a crossbow.
Under pressure[]
Carrie confronts the leader of the mutants, whom she defeats by electrocuting him, then she goes to the lair to break the news to the Gotham Knights, Cullen and Turner congratulate her on her work, Carrie tells Turner and Duela how she met Batman, at the end of her story, she goes to study for an exam. The next day Stephanie met Carrie, and Stephanie tells her that the police kept Carrie's credits but Carrie doesn't give much importance to that, Stephanie tells her that Batman would be very proud of her. The next day, Carrie, Duela, and Turner watch the news that the mutant gang shot down a police airship due to their boss's arrest. Carrie plans to go to one of the mutant gang's warehouses, Turner tries to convince her to to let him go with her but Carrie refuses saying that Batman did not want Turner to follow the same path he chose. At night Carrie enters the mutant gang's warehouse but is discovered by one of the guards, Turner saves her but Carrie, a little annoyed, asks him what he is doing there, since she left the guard unconscious and she can no longer ask him what the mutants were planning , Carrie asks Turner how he got to the winery, Turner tells her that the rocket that took down the airship came for the north from the point of impact it's a straight line to the mutant gang's warehouse, Carrie asks Turner that having so many warehouses how he reduced it to just that one, Turner tells her that when he was a child, at parties or dinners, Bruce always made Turner look at what did not belong, later Carrie and Turner find containers of Ace Chemicals and they find plans for a bomb, quickly, Turner and Carrie bring Harper some containers of the chemicals and plans and they discover that it is a bomb but they do not know where they will use it until Duela indirectly mentions that their dad would use it in a gala, then they realize that the mutant gang will use it at the founders' gala. Carrie, Harper, Duela and Turner they go through the subway tunnels to be able to ambush the mutants, while Stephanie and Harper were looking for how to defuse the bomb, Turner, Duela and Carrie defeat the mutants who were at the party, later at night, on the news they report that the leader of the mutants escaped, so Carrie gets angry but Turner comforts her.
Of Butchers and Betrayals[]
Carrie and Stephanie help them investigate Talon's knives, but the team realizes they need the police department's files on the strangely scarred accidental death corpses, so Cullen infiltrates the police department again, then Cullen manages to connect Stephanie's USB drive to the police department's main server. The next day, Turner gathers Stephanie, Cullen and Harper to tell them that he plans to go back to Wayne Manor and retrieve his father's will to prove everyone's innocence, Carrie arrives and informs the team that she is going to speak with Felix Harmon's daughter to find out how Felix's knives ended up in Talon's clutches, Duela appears in school uniform and a blonde wig mentioning that she will go with Carrie, later Duela and Carrie manage to enter the asylum, they go to Eunice Harmon's room, she tells them everything she experienced, from seeing how her father did his work in the circus to how her father murdered his victims, then Eunice goes crazy and takes Duela from the wrist but she manages to get loose, Carrie and Duela leave but in the distance Eunice warns them about the Court of Owls and to stay away from the Court, later Duela and Carrie return to the lair and meet with Stephanie, Cullen and Harper, Stephanie mentions that it is not a coincidence that Eunice Harmon is associated with the Court of Owls, Duela mentions that according to her, her dad still sends her gifts, but Harper mentions that the Court surely sends her gifts to make her believe that her dad is still alive to which Cullen asks why they would do that, then Carrie sees in the visitor log that Cressida Clark is the one who sends Eunice the gifts, so Duela, Cullen, Harper, Stephanie and Carrie realize that Cressida is from the Court, and they remember that Turner is with her, Stephanie calls Turner, at first Turner doesn't believe them, but then Cressida returns to the room with a gun, forcing Turner to hang up the call, they all worry about Turner so Carrie goes to rescue him, Carrie arrives at the Wayne Mansion to save Turner, she takes him to the Batcave where Carrie throws a stalactite at Talon, Carrie goes with Duela who reveals that she stole the music box from Eunice because of the scare she had given him, Duela mentions to Carrie that he Eunice's dad was a rampant psychotic and he managed to take care of her and give her gifts while with Duela all her dad had given her was a Joker poker card, Carrie asks him for the music box to look for prints on it box.
More Money more Problems[]
Carrie is woken up by her mother who tells her that she may not be able to make it to Parents' Lunch because of her job. The next morning Turner tells Carrie of his plan to rob the mob, who mentions that Turner is crazier than Duela, Carrie excitedly agrees to join Turner's plan. Harper shows them the location of the McKillens' warehouse on a map, Duela continues to pester Harper about her relationship with Dylan much to Carrie's annoyance and Cullen and Harper's anger, then Carrie mentions that the trucks from the shipyard are coming and going all the days and that can give them a ride. The team manages to infiltrate a McKillen truck that takes them directly to the warehouse where the accounting was located, Harper takes Cullen, Carrie, Duela and Turner to the parking lot of the mob hideout, Harper manages to open the door of the warehouse upon entering the warehouse, Carrie makes sure there are no guards, while Turner, Cullen and Harper manage to obtain the criminal accounting from the McKillens, then Duela finds the money that the McKillens laundered and realizes that it is money from the Court, Turner asks what they will do with the money but after Harper's ex-boyfriend, Dylan shows up and threatens them with a gun, Harper is reunited with Dylan who refuses to accept her apology since she dumped him, Dylan calls his backup, but Turner confronts Dylan, hitting him and knocking him down, Carrie thanks him since she wanted Dylan to shut up, then Dylan's reinforcements arrive but Harper blocks the door but due to Dylan's reinforcements start pounding on the door, so Harper Duela takes Dylan's radio and threatens Dylan's reinforcements to burn Dylan and the money if they don't move away from the door, Duela's plan works, Carrie's mom calls Carrie asking why she isn't at Lunch Parents but Carrie makes up that she is in a history group, Carrie's mom tells her that she switched to the night shift and Carrie better be home when she gets back, the police arrive and surround the Gotham Knights but they make it look like they burned the Court of Owls money, burning old newspapers as a distraction to escape, they get into a McKillen van and escape with the money but the police chase them, so with no other option for the disgust de Duela, Cullen, Turner and Carrie throw the money on the street, after the Gotham Knights throw money from the van, Gotham's poorest take the money and think that the Gotham Knights did it from the heart to help those in need in Gotham. Later, Duela, Turner, Cullen and Harper return to the bell tower where they watch TV and realize that the media is telling them they officially give the name "Gotham Knights" as the new protectors of the city, later at night Carrie heads out and arrives at her house just in time before her mother catches her.
A Chill in Gotham[]
Due to missing homework and missing classes for helping the Gotham Knights, Carrie's mom forces Carrie to stay at the hospitan where she works after school until she finishes her homework, later while Carrie was looking for a place to study, she runs into Brody, who mentions that he is doing community service ordered by the judge for taking the blame for Stephanie saying that he was the one who helped Turner, then the two start a long conversation. Later Carrie is doing her missing history homework until Brody asks for her help as there was a displeased patient who needed immediate attention, Carrie and Brody go with the patient, who had a rib injury, so Carrie sutures him while Brody helped her, at night, Carrie and Brody see Lincoln March wounded almost to the point of death so Brody is filled with worry and depression, but Carrie comforts him by telling him that everything will be fine, later Carrie and Brody meet Stephanie at the hospital, Mrs. Kelley tells Brody that her father managed to stabilize his vital signs and he will recover very soon, much to Carrie's, Stephanie's and especially to Brody's relief.
Bad to Be Good[]
Duela steals a vehicle from a driving school and goes to an abandoned warehouse with Carrie, in the warehouse Duela reveals to Carrie that she kidnapped Eunice Harmon to obtain information about the Talon, Carrie believes and mentions that this is a crazy even for Duela but she doesn't pay much attention, Duela tries to talk to Eunice but she tries to attack her but Duela threatens to taser her again, Carrie questions that but Duela tells her that she put the taser in In low mode, Carrie questions whether to continue the interrogation but Duela convinces her by reminding her that Eunice is the only one who knows how to stop Talon, after untying Eunice, Duela and Carrie try to question her but she refuses to say anything so Duela tortures her by removing the oxygen from Eunice's oxygen tank but Carrie stops her, so she tries to interrogate Eunice by returning her music box, Carrie returns the music box to Eunice, she tells Carrie and Duela that when she was young, she came to attend the most elegant parties organized by the Court, she begins to tell them more details about the parties where they were organized in abandoned places but never used the same place, Carrie asks her if they remembered who was at the party but Eunice tells them that everyone always wore masks, she tells them that when her dad was sentenced to death as Gotham's butcher, the Court gave her father a substance that would keep him alive but she doesn't know what it is, but the last of that substance that the Court had was used on her father, and the Court has been looking for more of that substance since then, after Carrie goes to get water for Eunice, she takes advantage of Carrie's absence, to attack Duela, Eunice almost kills Duela choking her and stabbing her hand but Carrie comes back and saves Duela. Later Duela returns to the Belfry, later Carrie goes with Duela who observe the music box, then they find pictures of the Court within the music box.
Belly of the Beast[]
At night, Turner, Carrie and Harper stop a gang of arms smugglers who were planning to arm all of Gotham's criminals, they wait for Cullen to take them back to the Belfry but he is late so they are scared when the police were on their way, almost when the police were about to arrive, Cullen arrives. At the Belfry, Cullen explains that his clock that was from the Court of Owls stopped, they observe that the Court clocks that Cullen had stopped at the same time in the same hour, minute and second so they decide to investigate it. The next day the Gotham Knights investigated the clocks, investigating the different hours, minutes and seconds in which the clocks stopped, with the clue that Joe Chill gave Turner, they discover that the time of the clocks marks a place, after investigating they discover that it is about the old Gotham power plant, Cullen, Stephanie and Harper wonder what will happen there, Turner and Duela mention that it must be a meeting of the Court of Owls where they meet to share information about their plan.Turner wants to infiltrate the party to investigate what the plan is but Cullen and Harper mention that it is a suicidal and risky idea, in the end Harper and Cullen agree to Turner's plan but Harper questions how he will enter the court party without being caught, Duela tells him that dressing as in the photos of Eunice he had from court parties, Cullen mentions that with the 3D printers that the academy has he can make the masks that the Court's members use but due to the time he has, he only has time to do two, so he asks who will infiltrate the party, so Turner and Duela agree to go together. After Turner and Duela get ready and dressed for the party, Cullen takes them to the old Gotham power plant while Duela and Turner infiltrated, Carrie would put devices so that the signal would not be lost, then she mentions that she cannot find her goggles, Harper tells him that's his fault since he borrowed Carrie's goggles to make improvements and have infrared, thermal, spectral, ultraviolet vision, etc, while Harper returned Carrie's goggles, Cullen gives Duela and Turner the masks that the members of the Court wear, Turner mentions that they are perfect while Duela mentions that they are terrifying. Duela and Turner manage to enter the Court of Owls party, In the party room, the leader of the Court appears and reveals the plan of the Court which was to find Electrum with the map that Alan Wayne's painting hid, upon hearing what the leader of the Court had mentioned, Harper and Cullen investigate what electrum is and find reports that a scientist named Doctor Leviticus found a meteorite which had healing properties, but before they could confirm the results, the authorities they discovered that Leviticus was performing illegal tests on the poorest citizens of Gotham, so Leviticus escaped and was never heard from again, Cullen asks if that's all but Harper mentions that researching the internet is not his thing and that Stephanie chose a wrong day to ignore them, Cullen tells Harper in a vurlon tone that he has made a big change since he hated Stephanie before and now he doesn't mind that she is away, Harper says that Stephanie has talent which surprises Cullen, then Turner and Duela inform them from their transmitter that they will steal the map from Alan Wayne's painting.Turner and Duela manage to get the map but Turner deviates from the plan since the Court discovers that Cressida was betraying them, so they decide to kill her but despite Duela's warnings, Turner decides to save her and manages to convince Duela to escape with the painting, as Turner interrogates Cressida in the woods, Duela returns to the truck and seeing that Turner still hasn't arrived, Duela was deeply worried about Turner, while the Court follows Turner, and they murder Cressida just before she told Turner the name of the Court leader, the Court catches Turner but the leader mentions not to kill him as he has plans for Turner, the team witnesses the leader's words through Turner's communicator, Duela finds out, gets angry and worries about Turner, she is willing to rescue Turner but she is stopped by Carrie, Cullen and Harper, Duela mentions that they must save Turner before it's too late, but Robin, Cullen and Harper refuse to go save him , because its too much dangerous, to which Duela angrily asks if they are really going to abandon Turner, they mention going tomorrow since it is a better option since they can devise a plan and go better prepared, in the end they manage to convince Duela to save Turner the next day.
Dark Knight of the Soul[]
Stephanie upon learning that Cullen, Harper and Carrie decided to abandon Turner, she gets mad at them for all the times Turner risked himself to save them, and they abandoned him, Carrie mentions that if they went unprepared, the Court could possibly have killed them, Duela mentions Carrie tells Duela that she abandoned them in the Wayne Tower just for a watch and money, to which Duela replies that she abandoned them but Turner came back to rescue her, mentioning that he would never abandon them as they abandoned him, after Carrie mentions that she has a plan to go rescue Turner, Cullen explains that the map should lead the Court to the Electrum but the map is from old Gotham and there is no X marking anything, then they observe the map of Alan Wayne's painting, Duela, Cullen, Harper, Stephanie and Carrie notice a strange X in which it leads them to a place where the electrum could be, which they can exchange for Turner, Carrie mentions that she also wants to save Turner but giving the Court what it wants can be dangerous but Stephanie asks if there is another option, then Carrie agrees to the plan to trade Turner for the Electrum. Later, Harper and Stephanie manage to steal one of the radios from the workers who work for the Court, who were looking for the Electrum, Cullen continues to investigate the map and traces the points that were on the map, Carrie mentions that it doesn't appear to be Morse code, then Cullen joins the dots on the map that showed the Gotica skyline, Cullen stitches the line into a painting of the old Gotham skyline, where it is revealed that the Electrum was hidden in the subway tunnels. In the subway tunnels, Carrie asks if anyone else isn't scared of the tunnels since she found them claustrophic, Stephanie uses Harper's scanner and finds the Electrum, Harper takes a tube and hits the part where Stephanie says that there was Electrum, they find a box with Alan Wayne's initials on it and are glad that they found Electrum. At the Belfry, everyone investigates the Electrum and mentions that it is very small, Carrie says that with the Electrum they could improve modern medicine, Stephanie along with Harper manage to discover that the Court has Turner in the Wayne mansion, when Cullen and Carrie are about to come up with a plan, Duela takes the Electrum to exchange it for Turner, Carrie tries to stop her by telling her that everyone will be in danger if the Court gets the electrum, to which Duela replies "I don't care about everyone! I care about Turner". Duela finally agrees to do Carrie and Cullen's plan, which is to make a fake electrum and trade that one for Turner. Later, Cullen and Duela arrive at Wayne Manor where Duela knocks down and beats up every court guard that gets in their way, Turner refuses to join the Court, and Duela and Cullen burst in the room where Turner was, when they break into the room Cullen and Duela realize who is behind the court is Lincoln, Duela looks at Turner, seeing Turner, Duela tells Lincoln that Turner will go with them, Lincoln pulls out one of the Talon's blades, while Duela reveals that he brought grenades that were clipped to his jacket, which leaves Turner impressed and concerned about the risk that Duela was running, when Cullen manages to convince Lincoln to trade the Electrum (fake) for Turner, Lincoln slits Turner's throat, causing Duela unleash all her anger and concern, but then Carrie appears with the real Electrum and heals Turner with the true Electrum, Duela is the most satisfied knowing that Turner managed to recover but then Carrie gives the Electrum to Lincoln, having what they want the Court leaves the mansion, quickly, Carrie, Cullen and Duela help Turner up. Later, the Gotham Knights return to the belfry, Cullen comforts Carrie about giving the Electrum to Lincoln March.

- Peak of human physical condition: As a relatively-new vigilante, Carrie is in top physical condition for a woman of her age; she is able to maintain her bodily equilibrium while both moving or staying stationary in variable positions she's in, strong enough to throw or land blows that stagger enemies much larger than herself.
- Acrobatics/Free-running: Carrie is fairly acrobatic, able to land on her feet after jumping over a car to save the others from the GCPD.
- Skilled Hand-to-hand combat: During her time as Robin, Carrie has demonstrated to be a capable fighter after single handily taking out multiple GCPD officer in order to help the Knights escape custody. Additionally, she and Turner were able to fend off the Talon.
- Expert thrower: Carrie was able to throw batarangs at the GCPD cars with ease.
- Genius-level intellect: Carrie is academically gifted for her age, as her curriculum includes trigonometry, AP History, AP Biology, and AP English.
- Medical knowledge: Through watching her mother, Carrie has acquired some medical knowledge, at least enough to repair ruptured stitches of a patient at Gotham General Hospital.
- Skilled Investigator: Having received some training from Batman, Carrie was able to determine that Turner, Cullen, Harper and Duela weren't responsible for Bruce's death. She also discovered his secret identity.
- Stealth: Carrie has mastered the art of stealth, indicated when she left the library without Stephanie realizing it.

- Robin suit: When out in the field as Robin, Carrie wears a black tactical suit.
- Batarang: As Robin, Carrie uses a roughly bat-shaped throwing weapon and has several of these at her disposal.
- Grappling hook: Carrie used a zip-line based grappling hook in order to descend from rooftops and high vantage points.
- Explosives: Carrie frequently uses sticky-bomb explosives.
- Crossbow: Carrie used a crossbow as part of her weapons arsenal.
