Cassie Lockheart is a character from the anime/manga Freezing.
She is voiced by Rie Kugimiya in the Japanese version, and by Kristi Kang in the English version.
Overview[]
Cassie Lockheart is a Pandora who, at the age of eight, became one of the select few to receive some of the "Heroic Stigmata" used by Kazuha Aoi. She has three of them and a compatibility rate of 90%, whereas most others can boast maybe 20%. Cathy fought Satellizer in the past, and holds severe doubts about whether she really wants to fight as a Pandora as a result of how ferociously Satellizer fought against her.

Cassie Lockheart is a tall, teenage girl, with pale skin, black eyes, and long, thick, turquoise hair. She's almost always seen wering the standard uniform of her school, which is mostly maroon in color, except for the edges, which are lined white. She has long white socks, which almost entirely cover her legs, and brown shoes on her feet.
