The heroic foil to Nihilists, these are heroes who strongly oppose the belief that life is without meaning, purpose or point while still acknowledging that the world they live in is horrible. Instead of giving up on the world, they try desperately to find a purpose in life, as they believe nihilists to be nothing but cowards attempting to rationalize committing horrible crimes.
