The reason why the particular hero stands out more than the rest varies; they may be the villain's strongest enemy, be the complete antithesis to the villain, have strong connections with their villain's past, pose the greatest threat, or may be the most recurring hero like the Big Good or the Right-Hand enforcer or even the Rival.
