Heroes who have died and have "remained dead"; this category should only include heroes that are currently deceased rather than ones who have ''died'' then returned. This also is for robots or machines that were destroyed/deactivated permanently. Undead Heroes cannot count unless they are killed. This also include heroes who were erased from existence.

  • Died With Honor: The hero has accept the fact that their demise is inevitable and had dignity to face it. Many of the heroes accept it, before they get killed.
  • Fought With Honor: Heroes who fight for their friends and/or family, and then suddenly die. Example: Sirius Black.
  • Chooses To Die Rather Than To Be Saved: Fallen heroes who redeemed themselves but choose to die rather than live to avoid further punishment and find peace in the after-life (if there is). A famous example could be Anakin Skywalker.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: Usually most heroes sacrifice themselves to save an innocent life or someone who they care for. Good example for this is Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader sacrificed himself to save his son Luke Skywalker from Palpatine also redeems himself before dying.
  • Died in Disgrace: Not many of the heroes commit something dishonorable or had no dignity to face their downfall. Good example for this is Light Yagami who turned to the dark side, in the end he is in despair of dying.
  • Torture Victim: Characters who beg/plead for their death while they are being tortured or suffering from a terminal illness.
