Enforcers

Enforcers are a variety of officials designed to enforce rules of big goods or bigger goods by any means necessary. They can be the hero's Right-Hand or Left-Hand but they are before all hired muscle having a little more authority towards normal sidekicks. Also, Enforcers are almost completely loyal to their leaders at all times and would even rarely, if ever act on their own without guidance. This term is also used to describe athletes who fight while acting in an honorable and altruistic manner. They can also overlap with Mercenaries and Assassins since they all generally function in similar capacities.

Even though most Enforcers are merely doing what they are told to do and therefore, few of them are not always good by their own choices, some can actually be aware of what they are doing. However, in some cases, these enforcers used to serve their villainous bosses, before they become steadfast allies for the good guys.
