I am not a child! I'm 11 years, 3 months, and 2 days old, and this is not a toy!

Kids Next Door, battle stations!
~ Nigel Uno

Many characters do not need to be fully grown to be heroes. Some are born with superpowers that they end up using for good deeds, or they may be ordinary children who stumble into a situation or adventure that requires them to perform acts of heroism to get through. The following heroes listed are either below 13 years of age or take the appearance of children; they are fairly popular in certain media and can come in many forms, just like their adult and adolescent counterparts.

Like adults, children can qualify to be Pure Good if their moral agency is made clear and if they commit exceptional acts of heroism, despite their young age (Chihiro Ogino, Pazu, Kiki the Witch, many versions of Link, Chicken Little, Sofia the First, Huey Duck, Webby Vanderquack, Robin, Fievel Mousekewitz, Nemo, Cindy Lou Who, Princess Dot, Oliver & The Collector)

IMPORTANT: Please do not add adolescent heroes into this category. While teenagers are commonly mistaken for children, these two age groups are different from each other.

Additionally, never add the Seductress and/or Casanova category to a child hero’s page as those are meant for heroes who are 18 years or older. Instead, they can be placed under Charismatic category when they use their innocent nature to gain an advantage over their foes.
