Twins/Clones

A Good Twin or Good Clone can be a deliberate attempt at creating a good version of a villain by science or magic, or it can be an alternate version of a villain from an alternate reality, timeline, dimension, or universe. On some occasions, it can even be a literal twin of both the identical and non-identical varieties.

They can also be Good Counterparts, Foils or Copycats, meaning that they share some similarities to the villains and their backgrounds, or are merely copying certain aspects of the villain or another hero altogether. Some of them take this a step further, to the point where they would want to replace the villain altogether.
