Chihiro Ogino has declared Wayward Heroes is to be renamed to
Wayward

for the following reason(s): Wayward is an adjective just like strong-willed or tragic. I don't see why it needs to have "heroes" at the end.
Please discuss it on the talk page for this article.
"I want you to know my real name. It's Chihiro."

My whole life is planned out, preparing me for the day I become, well...my mother. She's in charge of every single day of my life.
~ Princess Merida.
I did as instructed. If there's something wrong, it's wrong with the instruction!
~ Solomon Northup defying John Tibeats.
Everyone keeps telling me how my story is supposed to go. Nah, I'mma do my own thing.
~ Miles Morales.

The Wayward are heroic characters who refuse to let someone make decisions for them. Be it teenagers, slaves, warriors, or any hero or heroine who feels confined to a certain place, they are willing to defy any rules or expectations, usually those that are unjust. Ariel, Merida, Buzz Lightyear from Lightyear, Kuki Shinobu, Miles Morales, Firefly and Solomon Northup are examples.
