Should fallen heroes that not only redeem themselves but also REFORM be removed from this category?[]
Fallen heroes can be redeemed, yes, but they shouldn't be reformed at all. If they're reformed, then that normally means that after their redemption (if they're still alive of course), they are shedding away corrupting qualities and make it clear they're permanently staying heroes, meaning that the fallen category no longer holds up for them. I say the fallen category should be those that stay fallen, or those who fall and then redeem themselves upon death.
For example, Bucky Barnes from the MCU turns into a villain when he was brainwashed, redeemed himself after being free from it, and completely reformed away from it. Therefore, he's not fallen anymore.
This is a rule on Inconsistently Admirable wiki's fallen category to not include heroes that reformed and should apply here.
