Chang Wufei is one of the main protagonists of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.
He was voiced by Ryuzou Ishino in the Japanese version, and by Ted Cole in the English version.

Operation Meteor[]
He was first seen attacking a fleet with his Shenlong Gundam. His next mission was attacking the Indus Base, and he comments that his enemies weren't taking him seriously enough. After that, he targeted the Lake Victoria base and its new OZ-12MS Tauruses, where he first bombed a dormitory building where Lucrezia Noin's graduated students slept. Noin got into her OZ-07AMS Aries and pursued Wufei, who was escaping on a motorcycle. After ignoring her demands to stop, she fires on him and knocks him off the motorcycle. When he gets up, she was able to see him and was suprised by how young he was.
While she was distracted, he blinds her with a bag of flashbangs and makes his escape. Right when her vision returns, she sees his Shenlong, and engages him before her machine gets crippled by his. Two OZ soldier in their Aries try to fire on Wufei with a laser cannon, but were taken out by him due to being distracted by Noin asking them not to fire. Before leaving, he explains to Noin about his honor code of not killing the "weak" and her defeat from hesitation because of his age, much to her chagrin.
After that mission, he snuck himself and his Gundam aboard an Alliance ship, and proceeds to destroy the base after arriving at his destination.
When the other four Gundam pilots attack the New Edwards base under the assumption that the OZ leaders were gathering there, he arrives - although too late - to reveal to the other pilots that they were actually deceived by Treize Khushrenada into eliminating the Aliance leaders, who were trying to establish peaceful relationships with the colonies.
After this deception by OZ, he and Trowa would steal some New Edwards shuttles to chase after Treize and the two crash landed into an OZ fleet and took out their Gundams. While Trowa held off some Leos, Wufei went and searched for Treize, and eventually located Treize's ship. At that point, Lady Une comes in and engages Wufei in her Leo. When Wufei tears off the Leo's saber wielding arm, she uses the other hand to strike the Shenlong, but learns how strong the Gundam was. Treize then notices Wufei and challenges him to a sword duel and triumphs over Wufei, but spares his life so they can rematch later on in time. After this failed attempt at Treize's life, he would temporarily stay with Trowa for some time before departing.
