Chaobi is the main protagonist of the Chao In Space web animation. They are a galactic hero a Neutral Chao imagines themself as while dreaming, battling Darkth Chao in outer space.
Biography[]
Chaobi is implied to have been at odds with Darkth Chao (and possibly the Eggman Empire) for some time. They are first seen chasing Darkth from Death Egg into further reaches of space on their starfighter. The two engage in a dogfight, during which Darkth manages to damage Chaobi's starfighter, but they regain determination after a glimpse of the photo of them with Biggschao and Chaowedge. Still, after further fighting, Chaobi's starfighter ends up completely destroyed, exposing them to the vacuum. However, Biggschao and Chaowedge come to their rescue, giving them seven Chaos Drives that grant Chaobi a Super Form. They use it to continue fighting and defeat Darkth Chao for good.
Back on Earth, Chaobi, Biggschao and Chaowedge celebrate their victory, as the ghost of Tikal applauds them.

- Chaobi is the character's internal name, as revealed by Tyson Hesse, with their actual name remaining unknown.
- Chaobi's internal name is a reference to Obi-Wan Kenobi, a major character from the Star Wars franchise.
- Chaobi is inspired by the Neutral Chao seen on the poster for Chao in Space II, and is implied to be the same character.
