Chaozu (Chiaotzu in the Funmation dub) is an antagonist turned supporting character in Dragon Ball franchise and is a small white mime like being who is super skilled in psychics abilities. Chaozu can control objects and freeze people. He has many psychic abilites and he is the best friend of Tenshinhan. He has at least once shown to be rather brave as he did a suicide attack in hopes of saving his friends from Nappa.
Appearance
Chaozu is an earthling possesses traits and abilities that most don't have. He appears to be based on Jiang Shi a Chinese vampire/ghost. The similarities are the plain white skin, red cheeks, arms stretched out in front of them, Qing Dynasty outfit and not walking.
Powers and Abilities
Chaozu possess psychic abilites something that many earthlings don't have. Chaozu is mostly seen flying similar to how the Jiang Shi always hops instead of walking.
