Chidori, or better known as Green Keeper is one of the main antagonists later turned ally of the comedy manga and anime series Go! Go! Loser Ranger!. He is one of the five Dragon Keepers, who are the leaders of the Rangers, and is the leader of the Green Battalion, which to the public, specializes in stealth combat and invader subjugation, but in truth, are given the job to locate and smoke out the remaining Executives in hiding. Furthermore, when not Green Keeper, he is also an information broker, searching for any information on the Executives he locates themselves.
He is voiced by Kohsuke Toriumi in Japanese, and Michael Sinterniklaas in English.
Appearance[]
Chidori is a tall, well-built man with pale skin and white hair. He has black painted fingernails, and he usually wears black lipstick and black eyeshadow.
As Green Keeper, Chidori sports his signature green costume with a black Y-shaped line across his torso along with white linings on the border. His hands wear a pair of white gloves and his feet a pair of black boots with white heels. Out of all Dragon Keepers, Chidori is the only Dragon Keeper to have his face fully concealed with a mouth guard as sharp teeth and his helmet comprised of a large green visor designed along with a large green V-shape in the middle, with the middle of the V and sides having similar sharp shapes. His waist is surrounded by a black belt engraved with the Divine Dragon symbol. His costume is completed by a long white cape with a tall collar that is held together by a green ribbon.
Personality[]
Chidori is known to be relaxed and carefree when not a Dragon Keeper, however, when he suits up, he becomes haughty, hysterical and almost narcissistic, almost like he possesses a split personality. He admits that he is aware of this mood swing and even claimed himself being cringeworthy upon suiting up. He's also shown to be far more observant than anyone would know about, such as seeing through Footsoldier D's disguise for example.

Powers and Abilities[]
With the power of Green Dragon Fafnir, or as he calls it, The Wrath Hammer, Chidori is able to suit up into the Green Keeper, where he becomes strong enough to defy all logic, like breaking the weak link of the world of Magatia, the Snake Executive, by brute force.
By using his Divine Tool as Green Keeper, Chidori is also able to use the abilities that come with the weapon. The current known powers for him are listed below:
- Ōkuninushi no Kami allows Chidori to manipulate stone in any kind of way he needs, even to the point where he can instantly create massive structures.
- Sukunabikona no Kami an allow both Chidori and the Wrath Hammer/Green Dragon Fafnir to grow/shrink inside.
- Amatsu Mikaboshi can allow Chidori to form a small ball, capable of sucking in nearby objects, similar to that of a black hole, before using the Wrath Hammer to hit the latter like a baseball.
- Ukemochi no Kami allows Chidori a limitless power to eat matter, whether up close or from a distance, with only the slight weakness of getting full if he eats too many strong attacks.
While being an information broker, Chidori has his Seven Information Broker's Tools on him, all of which he can use to gather information on any info regarding Executives and such for Green Battalion. All of which he carries around in a black guitar case he carries. The following are listed below:
- The Greed Eye, a robotic lizard shaped camera controlled by Chidori via a VR headset with lighting bolts on the eyes, is capable of recording and transmitting live footage from it's lizard eye-like cameras and even allows him to see from the camera live, just like your average drone.
- The Sloth Brain, a touchscreen tablet, with a dual lizard-shaped boarder, is capable of gaining internet access adnd is loaded with so many old news stories, all which can be easily accessed thanks to the touchscreen.
- The Envy Medicine, a small handgun with the design of a lizard around the barrel of said gun, allows Chidori to use it just like any kind of handgun one would use.
- The Gluttony Way, a small grappling hook consisting of a hollow centered square handle connected by a retractable u-shaped chain, allows Chidori to grapple and pull himself towards any kind of surface needed to get around.
- The Wrath Hammer, which doubles as the Divine Tool, allows Chidori to use it as just a regular old mallet when not being used as a divine tool.
- The Lust Road, which has the appearance of a standard antique Japanese car, works like any other ordinary car which can take.
As Chidori is a member of the Rangers, he has access to the Dragon Gadget, which is an all purpose weapon created by the Yellow Battalion.
- Sword Form: The base form of the Dragon Gadget, it powers a small beam of solid energy which can be used as a sword.
- Gun Form: The second form of the Dragon Gadget, it is achieved by partially folding the gadget giving it a handle to use as a gun.
Trivia[]
- Chidori names the Seven Information Broker's Tools after the Seven Deadly Sins.
- For example, The Wrath Hammer, Envy Medicine, Greed Eye, Sloth Brain, Gluttony Way and Lust Road. However, there has yet to be an equipment named after Pride currently.
- Given his role in the franchise, Chidori seems to be similar to Batman from the DC Franchise and Shotaro Hidari from the Kamen Rider W series.
