Chilli Heeler (née Cattle) is an Australian Cattle Dog Red Heeler who is the wife of Bandit, the mother of Bluey and Bingo and one of the secondary main characters in the 2018 Cartoon TV Show Bluey. She works part-time for an airport security while at times staying home with the kids.
She is voiced by Melanie Zanetti.
Appearance[]
Chilli Heeler is an Anthropomorphic red heeler dog with a sepia-theme-color-like. She has cream spots on her back, legs, and tail. She has cream-colored feet, hands, and muzzle, as well as an eyebrows, and ears to be more darkish cream. Her nose is dark brown.
Personality[]
Chilli is seen to be laid back and calm. At times being slightly relaxed and ruffled than with Bandit who is loud and rough at times.
Mental Strengths and Abilities[]
She has the ability to communicate with others. As she is able to have the kids controlled and maintained when the kids get out of control.
Mental Weaknesses and Flaws[]
Some of the times she fails to be able to help get the kids to stop misbehaving at times. Often feeling to stressed to do anything.
Biography[]
Chilli was born in the Australian bush to Mort Cattle and his unnamed wife, who had another daughter Brandy sometime prior. During her childhood, Mort would take Chilli to go swimming at the nearby river.
When she was seven, Chilli struggled with drawing pictures of horses that were as good as the photo she had of them, but was encouraged by her mother to keep trying.
As a young adult, Chilli travelled to London and attended a party there, where she met Bandit Heeler (though he believed that they had first met as children at a holiday park back in Australia in the 1980s, but Chilli states that despite going to the holiday park, she does not remember meeting Bandit there). The pair later started a romantic relationship and one day, went on holiday to Italy, where Bandit proposed to Chilli, who accepted.
Sometime after the wedding, Chilli and Bandit had their first child together, a daughter named Bluey. Sometime before or shortly after Bluey's birth, Chilli's mother passed away. Two years after Bluey was born, Chilli and Bandit's second daughter Bingo was born.
A year after Bingo's birth, Chilli and Brandy had a argument that caused them to stop talking to each other. Around the same time, Chilli became an aunt after Bandit's younger brother Stripe and his wife Trixie (who is also Chilli's friend) had a daughter together named Muffin, followed by another daughter Socks two years later.
In the episode "Onesies", which takes place four years after their last encounter, Chilli and Brandy reconcile and it is implied by Chilli to Bluey that Brandy wished to be a mother, but had infertility problems. In the episode "The Sign", it is revealed that Chilli would be an aunt again after Brandy was seen pregnant.
