Biography[]
Living in a pet shelter, Chip along with a few other pets think that they will never get adopted even knowing that the shelter owners will capture Ace regardless of his escapes. Despite Ace’s failed attempts to escape, Chip soon dreams of being being at a farm after he was told by the latter instead of being adopted. The night after, one of the shelter pets Lulu managed to pull in a piece of orange Kryptonite which powers her and leaves off, abandoning Chip and the other shelter pets. Upon being released by PB who now can shrink and grow in scale thanks to the crystal, Chip at first thought he was the only one with no superpowers until proven wrong that he now has the ability to use electrokinesis.
Powers and Abilities[]
Chip has electrokinesis as given by the orange Kryptonite. He had trouble controlling his powers until Krypto told him that he can't spend the rest of his life stuck in his own head. Realizing Krypto was right, Chip quickly gained confidence and a better control of his powers. After being adopted by Green Lantern he got his own Power Ring, making him a member of the Green Lantern Corps, thus giving him the power to fly and create constructs with his willpower.
