Chloe Mother Teresa Neil Armstrong Carmichael is a supporting character in the Fairly OddParents franchise, serving as the deuteragonist of the tenth and final season of the original series.
She is an enthusiastic, funny and over-achieving little girl with whom Timmy Turner will have to share his fairies, Cosmo and Wanda, by Jorgen Von Strangle, because of a fairy godparent shortage, overwhelming demand and fairies taking on better paying jobs in the fancy candle industry.
She is voiced by Kari Wahlgren who also voices Nova from Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go!, Mina Monroe from Bunnicula, Sakura Kinomoto from Cardcaptor Sakura Movie 2: The Sealed Card, Celty Sturluson from Durarara!! and Tigress from Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness.
Personality[]
Chloe is a cheerful and optimistic person who intends to make her life goal to aid anyone in need. Almost to the extent, she is willing to forgive even a giant monster who is destroying the city and doesn't mind that Timmy acts sour towards her at first. She even mentioned once that she doesn't believe in hate. Because her parents are usually out traveling all over the world, she is usually by herself and spends most of her time helping others or spending time with Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda. However, despite her benevolent intentions, she doesn't think about the possible negative consequences of her actions (e.g. her first wish was for everyone to share everything in Dimmsdale but this causes everyone to basically steal from others). Likewise, she is notably an over-achiever with a phobia of quitting to the point where she is even against the word being used.

- She is named after Butch Hartman's niece who is named Khloe.
- She has some similarities to Timmy such as sharing the same birthday as him, regularly sees a therapist who they refers to as their "talking doctor", etc.
- Chloe and Sparky are the only main characters to appear in only one season.
