Christian (Moulin Rouge!)

Christian is the main protagonist of the 2001 film, Moulin Rouge! and is the lover of Satine, and the writer of the play, Spectacular, Spectacular. He was portrayed by Ewan McGregor who potrayed Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Star Wars prequel trilogy, Rodney Copperbottom from Robots, and Valiant from Valiant movie.

He was born in the late 1800's in england, much of his early life is unknown. At some point his relationship with his father went sour, likely due to his father believing art is evil and love is a waste of time and telling his son he would waste his life away.
