Captain Charles T. "Chuck" Baker is the deuteragonist of the 2009 movie Planet 51. He is a human astronaut from NASA who lands on an alien planet called Planet 51.
He is voiced by Dwayne Johnson, who also plays Maui from Disney's Moana, Jack Bruno from Race to Witch Mountain and Roadblock from G.I. Joe Retaliation.

Chuck is fun loving and a 'ladies man' which is seen when he tries to talk to the women in the tea club on Planet 51. He uses his looks and charms to impress people. He might not be friendly in the beginning but he later warms up to the 'aliens' showing that he can learn to accept different people. He also has the 'right stuff'. He is willing to risk his life for others like when he rescued General Grawl and 'released' Lem from his 'mind control'.
