Chuck and Leon a.k.a. The Chameleon Brothers are is recurring characters from Rocko's Modern Life. Chuck is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui who is best known for voicing as Rocko Wallaby, Spunky, Lazlo, Clam, Nestor, Golly Gopher, Puma Loco, Denzel Crocker, Monroe, Rikochet, Panchito Pistoles, Winslow T. Oddfellow, Spyro the Dragon and El Chupacabra. Leon is voiced by Tom Kenny, who is also voicing SpongeBob SquarePants, Dog and Eduardo.
Characters
They are a pair of chameleons who have faux Scandinavian accents and snooty attitudes. They became a running gag, having several odd jobs such as being gym owners, running a client agency for clients who need help to break bad habits (in Rocko's case, nail biting), running a hair salon (Haute Coiffeur), and owning a café. Most, if not all, of these establishments are, by their own admissions, very exclusive (such as for people with "an exclusive amount of cash", as was the case in the episode "Tooth & Nail"). They say that they once worked for a tsar (who resembled Heffer) in the fictional country Balzak before immigrating to America.

They is naked most of the time, though They does sometimes wear shirts. They is lime green with light blue lips, Despite being chameleons, They look more like gecko/dinosaur hybrids.
Personality
Chuck and Leon they have an European accent and a snooty attitude.
Trivia
- Of all the characters on the show (not including the minor cast), they are the least developed. Throughout the series, they remained the same snobbish entrepreneurs that they always were.
- They are sometimes used as background characters.
- Despite making frequent appearances on the series, Chuck and Leon remain some of the most overlooked characters.
- In Dumbells, it was revealed that they live next door to the Bigheads.
