Citlali known as (Granny Itzti) is a supporting character in 2020 video game Genshin Impact. Known as "Granny Itztli" withing her tribe "Masters of the Night-Wind", she is a well-known and powerful shaman living in seclusion for at least 200 years, and unattached to those around her with short mortal lives.
She is voiced by Liu Zhixiao in Chinese, Skyler Davenport in English (who also voiced March 7th in Honkai: Star Rail), Lee Eun-jo in Korean, and Asami Tano in Japanese (who also voiced Ninny Spangcole in Burn the Witch, Saki Nikaido in Zombie Land Saga and Akane Hino in Smile Pretty Cure!).

Citlali has a pale skin, light pink long hair tied with braids, and blue purple eyes, She wear a black head ring with purple feather, a purple tattoo on her face, a sleeveless black leotard with a diamond on her chest, pink purple long skirt, large indigo pink ribbon on her hip, a black glove is on her left with one gold bracelet, upper long glove with two bracelets, and high heel shoes. She is using a pillow call Zillai and Stuff animal as Ipapa.
Personality[]
Citlali is portrayed as a grumpy lady who gets angry easily. She prefers to spend her time alone and gets annoyed when someone smack talks about her or too many people annoy her. She enjoys reading light novels and drinking alchohol which often gets her drunk.
This however masks her soft side. She refuses to get close to others because she knows that those she gets close to often pass away. So she lives in solitude to avoid the pain of greiving the deceased. She is however close to her adopted grandson Ororon.

- Citlali shares some similarities to Venti:
- Both are alchoholists.
- Both lost someone close to them.
- Both are friends of a dragon (Dvalin and Elder Tlapo respectively).
- Citlali is the first Natlanese playable character without an ancient name at Traveler's first glance, though she was told in Vision by an ancestor that she would receive the Ancient Name "Ukumbuko" (Swahili for "Remembrance").
- It is speculated that her old age is the reason why Wayobs did not select her as a Hero of Natlan.
- Citlali is the only Natlan character who didn't appear in the Sunspray Summer Resort main event.
- Obviously, she appears in The Last Survivor of Tenochtzitoc world quest.
