Class 3-E are the main protagonists of the manga/anime series Assassination Classroom. They are the lowest class ranked class of Kunugigaoka Junior High School, known for consisting students who either failed to keep their grades up or were punished for breaking school regulations.
In the series, the class is assigned a mission to kill a destructive lifeform whom they nicknamed Korosensei who is responsible for the half destruction of the moon, claiming that he will destroy the Earth in a year. During their time together, the students and Korosensei begin building a strong bond with them eventually learning the truth behind his past and several of them becoming reluctant to kill him.
