Cleo Anderson is one of the tritagonists (alongside Kiara and Pope) in the Netflix TV Show Outer Banks.
She is a black street girl, raised as a criminal on a boat in the Bahamas, but is actually nice, kind and altruistic, very brave and funny in the people she loves. She joins the group of The Pogues after she has no one left of her gang of criminals, thanks to John B and Sarah Cameron, and even begins to have a romantic relationship with Pope Heyward.
She is portrayed by Carlacia Grant.

Cleo lost her mother when she was very young and her father left shortly after and was found by Terrance who took her into his gang of sea thugs and began to have skills with knives. After John B and Sarah end up in the Bahamas and they hunt them down for the reward of the alleged culprit of Sheriff Peterkin, she loses her crew, but helps her two new friends escape and gets a job on a thug boat and then runs away and becomes a Pogue.
