Coconut Crew is an organization in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. They are a group of anthropomorphic koalas and the youth association of Southern Island. They helped Sonic the Hedgehog and his allies during their adventures in their dimension.

Origins[]
The crew was formed years ago in the center of Southern Island as the association center of the Windmill Village. Eventually, however, many of the group members scattered around the world.
Sonic Rush Adventure[]
Sonic, Blaze, Tails and Marine gather all members of the Coconut Crew to help them on their adventure by pointing out impressive places worth seeing. At the end of the adventure Blaze and the other Coconuts say goodbye to Sonic and Tails who return to their dimension.
In Other Media[]
In the Sonic the Hedgehog spin-off comics, the Coconut Crew is a juvenile mobian koala group on the South Island. They are nearly torn apart by Metal Sonic v3.3, but are rescued by Blaze, Marine and Shadow. After Super Genesis Wave rebooted the multiverse, the Coconut Crew became virtually identical to their gaming counterparts. In this timeline, they would aid Blaze in his search for the last Sol Emerald, but had to retreat during a battle with the Blackguard Pirates.
Trivia[]
- The precise membership of the Coconut Crew was unclear in Sonic Rush Adventure. Only Tabby and Colonel were confirmed to be members, while the rest of the members were left vague. Their full membership was first revealed in Sonic the Hedgehog Encyclo-speed-ia.
