Role[]
Skipper was a fan of Galloping Gazelle, a rescuee and ally to him before he became Colossal Elastic Boy. He visits the invisible world of the Masked Mutant and rescues Galloping Gazelle, who was held captive by the Masked Mutant. After Galloping Gazelle manages to escape, Skipper is at the mercy of his nemesis, the Masked Mutant, who tries to lure him into a trap. But Skipper decides to adopt the alter-ego name Colossal Elastic Boy in order to find the weakness of the supervillain once and for all.
The Masked Mutant reveals to Skipper that he can change into a solid. But Skipper uses his acid powers on the Masked Mutant, causing the Masked Mutant to melt into a puddle of slag, which leads to his death, ending the terror of the Masked Mutant in the process.
Back at home, Skipper is not hungry and has make-up on his hand with no ability to be erased. His mother discovers him becoming a superhero named Colossal Elastic Boy, and he gains the elastic powers and gives his thumbs up, rolling the credits in the process.
