His words help Jessie find the strength to save her friends and the other stolen toys when she started suffering from claustrophobia after being sealed inside a small box.
Toy Story 4[]
Three mini Combat Carls appear after Woody is reunited with Bo Peep. One of them attempts to high five the others but does not receive one. However he eventually does get one from Luxo Jr. after the film's credits.
