The Computer is one of the recurring characters of Courage the Cowardly Dog. It is the Bagge family's desktop computer residing in the attic, which Courage commonly uses to get advice or acquire information. Despite its helpful tendencies, it comes off as a bit of a jerk with a dry wit.
The computer intends to give good advice to Courage, but is not exactly tactful about it. It never misses an opportunity for dry sarcasm or sardonicism. Despite this, it still takes its role as Courage's faithful ally, (e.g. after it sees Courage risking his life to save others in spite of his fears, it develops a positive view and writes a happy ending for Courage's memoirs without prompting).
