The Conductor is a major character in the 2023 Sonic the Hedgehog spin-off game The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog.
He is the conductor of the Mirage Express as well as one of its closest friends. When he first driven it 32 years ago, he had promised that they would be the closest of friends. However, upon retiring his position to reuinite with his wife, the train turned bitter and decided to follow its initial programming set by Eggman to take all of the passengers to him for a bounty and to continue having adventures with the Conductor forever.
