Connie is one of the major characters of Mario & Luigi. She is the recent Wattanist who has the duty of taking care of the Uni-Tree after Cozette, the original Wattanist, went missing. She spends a good portion of her time on Shapeship Island, while sometimes leaving whenever she needs to.
Connie is caring, optimistic, and dutiful. She is focused on her role as the Wattanist and makes sure the Uni-Tree remains healthy. After the Uni-Tree is destroyed by the evil forces, causing the land to split into islands and drift away, she is worried about Concordia's fate and quickly makes an effort to regrow a new Uni-Tree and traveling through the sea to piece Concordia back together.

Connie is a young humanoid girl with white skin, with her design being inspired by electrical outlets and plugs, like many other characters. She has a face that makes her look like an electrical outlet. She wears a white hat that looks like a plug with golden prongs on either side of her head and her hands have holes in their palms. Her outfit consists of a blue dress or shirt with a red button and what appears to be black trousers and boots.
