At first he was a wheel stealer, a green monster with sharp teeth who eats wheels snacks. They did the same thing for the coffee break machine in an IBM showing, until he was changed to good, blue fur, and having a craving for Cookies (and any other foods as well). He is a supporting charater in Sesame Street (1969–2015) and one of the main characters of Sesame Street (2016-present).
Trivia
- When it comes to voice acting Cookie Monster, he is the only muppet to not be voiced by Eric Jacobson after Frank Oz's retiring of muppeteering but is voiced by David Rudman instead.
