|~ Cream the Rabbit, Sonic Rush|
Cream the Rabbit is a supporting character from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. She is Amy Rose's best friend/sidekick. She's the supporting character in the franchise, but is the tritagonist in Sonic Advance 2 and the deuteragonist of Blaze's story and a major character of Sonic's story in Sonic Rush. Cream has a companion, a bowtie-wearing Chao named Cheese. She is a six-year-old anthropomorphic rabbit and the daughter of Vanilla the Rabbit. She is a friend of the Chao, especially to her dear Chao friend, Cheese, whom she takes with her everywhere. Originally living an idyllic life with her family, Cream had a chance encounter with Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends when the evil Dr. Eggman entered her world, and soon began joining them on their adventures. She is able to achieve flight by flapping her large ears.
Cream is very polite, well-mannered and pure, though she can be childish and naive. She is full of curiosity and tries her best in everything she does. Though young, she is not afraid to stand up for herself and will always be there to help out her friends. Just as Tails is the sidekick of Sonic, Cream serves the same purpose for Amy Rose and Blaze the Cat. Cream appears in games, TV shows, and comics.
She is voiced by Sayaka Aoki in the Japanese version of the games, and by Sarah Welfeck (Sonic Battle, Sonic Heroes, and Sonic Advance 3), Rebecca Honig (in the anime), and Michelle Ruff in the English version of the games. The latter also voices Rukia Kuchiki in Bleach, Shino Asada/Sinon in Sword Art Online, Crimson Viper in Street Fighter IV, Anri Sonohara in Durarara!!, Luna in Sailor Moon, Yuki Nagato in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Tsukasa Hiiragi in Lucky Star.

Mario & Sonic
In Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, Cream appears as a non-playable character in both the Wii and Nintendo 3DS version of the game.
In the Wii version of the game, Cream serves as a common referee, alongside Toad, Espio, and Charmy. She, along with Toad and Cheese, also host the London Party Mode, in which she gives out information to the players about various events, such as characters appearing on the map, scores and upcoming Events. As hosts, she and Toad also both judge the players and often give them their daily duties for that mode in order to achieve stickers and points. Cream and Toad also give out the final scores of the events to the players as well. She also appears on the streets in London Party Mode as a character that can be spoken to in order to play different minigames and earn stickers. She is also seen making cameos in various events. Cream will also occasionally send the player different pieces of mail. A Mii costume based on Cream can also be unlocked in the game by placing first ten times in the London Party Bonus Games.
In the story mode in the Nintendo 3DS version of the game, Cream makes an appearance too. After Dr. Eggman and Bowser unleashed the full power of the Phantasmal Fog, Cream and Cheese got lost in the stadium. There, clones of Sonic, Tails, Mario, and Luigi tried to attack them. However, the real heroes saved them and the clones ran away. Cream was then surprised to see Omega among them. However, after Toad noted that they had no leads on the cause of the fog, Omega, having recovered some more of his memory, suggested with some aid from Cream that they should investigate Stonehenge. After the Phantasmal Fog was sealed away, Cream and Cheese appeared at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.
In the Nintendo 3DS version of the game, a badge of Cream can also be obtained from the badge machine.
Super Smash Bros. series

Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
Cream and Cheese appeared in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Super Smash Bros. for Wii U as trophies.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Cream and Cheese appear together as a advanced-ranked support spirit that increases the user's jump. Their spirit battle is against Isabelle and a tiny Squirtle on green hill zone with low gravity.
Although she was unnamed at this point, Cream is seen for the first time as a cameo in Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut for the Gamecube, PC, and in the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions of Sonic Adventure (If downloaded). After playing the Casinopolis level Station Square as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, E-102 Gamma, and after completing Twinkle Park as Big the Cat, and many other characters' story, Cream can be seen flying through the sky, apparently dropping the ice key that appears at that point in the game. This isn't her only cameo in the game, but it's her best-known one. Another common one is when arriving in Station Square from Mystic Ruins (as any character), she can be seen flying over the beach, and then disappearing (only known in the PlayStation 3 version currently). Cream makes an appearance in Sonic Riders and its sequel as an unlockable Flight-type character, but she does not play a role in the story mode of both games. In this game she, like Amy, Blaze and Rouge, wears a different outfit. Her default Extreme Gear is the Smile. She can be unlocked by completing the Heroes storyline in both games. Cream appears in Sonic and the Secret Rings as a playable character in the Party Mode. She's unlockable if you collect 42 Fire Souls from the Adventure Mode.
Pre-Super Genesis Wave
Post-Super Genesis Wave
Cream is polite and well-mannered (due to the discipline from her mother,) she always addresses her friends (particularly Sonic) with honorifics, and dislike any form of violence. She also has the ability to change others (examples include: Emerl, Chaos Gamma, and Blaze,) bringing the good out of them. She is usually seen with her chao companion and playmate Cheese, the two are almost always seen together. Because of her age and upbringing though, she is a little naïve and simple-minded at times. She has a sisterly relationship with Amy Rose, she respects and looks up to Sonic as a hero, Cream also respects Tails' genius and Knuckles' strength and bravery. Cream has come a long way as seen in Sonic Generations where she tried to be brave like Sonic, when rescued from the Time Eater. She will stand up for what's right despite her low combat prowess (though she has learned some techniques from Sonic and friends.) Her personality is possibly a reference to rabbits being creatures of peace.
Since Sonic Heroes, Cream and Amy share a sister-like relationship, comparable to Sonic and Tails' brother-like friendship. This fact is strengthened by Sonic Advance 3, as when they are paired together, they are given the title "Team Jubilee" and serve as a female counterpart to Sonic and Tails' "Unbreakable Bond." The two are portrayed as best friends and also seem to frequent together almost completely throughout Sonic Battle, except when Emerl drags one of them away. Amy is also seen searching for Cream during the level Cryptic Castle in Shadow the Hedgehog, which further suggests how much she care for her.
In Sonic Rush, it is implied that Amy occasionally gets angry with Cream, angry enough to chase her with her hammer as Cream shouted "Not again!" after she said that Amy was "shortsighted" in the regard of her love of Sonic when Cream introduced Blaze to Amy.
The two team up twice in Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood for the moves Spin Cycle, a move in which Cream lifts Amy up and sends her spinning into one enemy, as well damaging adjacent ones. Team Rose band together to perform Flower Power, their most potent attack in this game which involves Amy bouncing off Big with a boost from Cream and landing on a foe hammer-first
Sonic the Hedgehog is Cream's close friend, who is basically like an older brother to her.
Cream and Tails are really good and close friends, and have a lot in common with each other; both are shy, naïve, polite, intelligent, gullible, educated, friendly, innocent, gentle, sweet and big-hearted. Also both Cream and Tails are very young; 6 years-old and 8 years-old respectively. The two of them spends a lot of time together and supports each other ideas very well.
In Sonic Free Riders, Tails said that Cream's Extream Gear was really good in the race to which Cream replied "Well, sure! That means a lot coming from you, Mr. Tails!". In Sonic Rush, Tails shows that he cares about Cream and is very protective of her, telling her to stay away from Blaze as she was a suspect. Cream also compliments Tails to Blaze, telling that her he is a "really nice boy", which means that Cream likes Tails as a friends.
In the Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, after the Phantasmal Fog clones try to attack Cream, Tails assures her she'll be safe while Mario, Sonic and Luigi hold them back. He the lashes out at the clones for trying to attack her. In Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, they are partners for Beach Volleyball on day 2 of Mario's Story. Cream states that they have the bestest teamwork.
Overall, Cream and Tails are really good friends, Cream is Amy's equivalent of Tails to Sonic, often helping Amy out or trying to get her out of bad situations like Amy's compulsion to push herself too far especially when aroused to anger.
Cream and Knuckles are good friends, although they sometimes interact with each other and sometimes they don't.
- McDonalds commercial are the only time where Cream appears without Cheese.
- Cream is the one of the most favorable characters to use in the Sonic Advance 2 & 3 boss fights, due to her long-range attacks (especially the latter game, where her partner skill allows cheese to transform into a Chao version of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy, which also grants them the ability to attack like Cream as well.)
- She is one the the few characters to have a parent shown.
- Cream is the youngest female character, as well as the overall youngest character of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, at age 6.
